摘要： An operational amplifier and a differential amplifying circuit thereof. The differential amplifying circuit receives a differential input signal and outputs a differential output signal. The differential amplifying circuit includes an output port that has a first terminal and a second terminal, the differential output signal being outputted via the first and second terminals; a first transistor pair receiving the differential input signal via two first ends and coupling to the first and second terminals respectively via two second ends; a second transistor pair receiving the differential input signal via two first ends and coupling to the first and second terminals respectively via two second ends; and a third transistor pair receiving a control signal via two first ends and coupling to the first and second terminals respectively via two second ends. The control signal controls the third transistor pair to switch on or off and/or controls the current flowing therethrough.

摘要： An operational transconductance amplifier includes a cascode differential-pair amplifying circuit, a bias driving circuit, and a common mode feedback circuit. The cascode differential-pair amplifying circuit is configured for receiving a differential input voltage and for providing a differential output voltage. The bias driving circuit is configured for providing a first bias current to drive the cascode differential-pair amplifying circuit and for adjusting the transconductance of the transconductance amplifier. The bias driving circuit includes a first floating-gate transistor. The first floating-gate transistor is configured for adjusting the first bias current. The common mode feedback circuit is configured for adjusting a second bias current of the cascode differential-pair amplifying circuit according to the differential output voltage so that the differential output voltage is stabilized. A reconfigurable fully differential voltage sensing amplifier and a reconfigurable fully differential capacitive sensing amplifier are disclosed herein as well.

An impedance component is coupled to the inputs and outputs of the differential amplifier. A pseudo-differential switched-capacitor circuit with the differential floating sampling (DFS) technique has a common-mode gain value of one (1). An integrator is electrically coupled to the differential positive/negative outputs of the DFS circuit, and the integrator feeds back integrator output to the DFS circuit by detecting common-mode voltage disturbance at the differential positive output (Vout+) and negative output (Vout−), thereby stabilizing output common-mode level of the differential positive output (Vout+) and negative output (Vout−) at a desirable level.

摘要： An operational amplifier circuit is provided. The operational amplifier circuit includes a differential amplifier of a cascade structure and a switched-capacitor type Common-Mode FeedBack (CMFB) circuit. The differential amplifier amplifies a difference between two input signals to output an anode output voltage and a negative output voltage. The switched-capacitor type CMFB circuit averages the anode output voltage and the negative output voltage of the differential amplifier, compares the average voltage with a reference voltage to generate a feedback signal based on a result of the comparison, and provides the feedback signal to the differential amplifier. Therefore, power consumption is reduced and a battery use time of a wireless terminal can be extended. Also, since an operational amplifier gain of each analog filter terminal is not negatively affected, a Direct Current (DC) offset is reduced, thereby improving signal quality.

摘要： An operational amplifier that can suppress lowering of the current driving capability while performing a self adjustment of the common mode voltage is disclosed. A common mode voltage adjusting transistor and an auxiliary transistor are connected in parallel with a low-voltage side drive transistor of each of push-pull amplifying circuits that produce first and second amplified difference signals having different polarities in accordance with drive signals obtained by level-shifting a difference signal indicating a difference value of the levels of the first and second input signals by predetermined values. Current drive capabilities during a period of outputting said first and second amplified difference signals and a common mode voltage adjusting period respectively are increased by driving said auxiliary drive transistor by alternately using the drive signal obtained by level-shifting the difference signal and a common mode voltage adjusting signal.
