摘要： Auxiliary transmission actuation mechanism 200 in a power transmission unit of a vehicle includes a transmission actuating gear 202, a gear driven bush 204, a gear actuating means 206, a shift fork 208, a shift rail 210, a clutch control valve actuating arm 212, a rail shifting means 214. The transmission actuating gear 202 is used to drive at least one of an even shaft and an odd shaft which in turn drives an output shaft through gears thereby propelling the vehicle when at least one of a dual clutch unit and a hydraulic system of vehicle is not functioning. The clutch control valve actuating arm 212 is adapted to engage a movable member of a clutch control valve assembly 100V thereby actuating clutch control valve 100V to de-actuate the dual clutch unit.

摘要： Ground wires are shared between a drive-side pulley solenoid valve and a driven-side pulley solenoid valve. Therefore, when a disconnection or short circuit occurs in the shared portion, a drive-side pulley and a driven-side pulley show substantially the same behavior. As a result, changes in the speed ratio γcvt of a continuously variable transmission are suppressed and changes in vehicle behavior are also suppressed. Therefore, it is possible to suppress the degradation of drivability during the failure of the solenoid valves involved in power transmission.

The electronic control unit is configured to limit a second hydraulic pressure so that a switching valve is switched to a normal position when the following conditions i) and ii) are satisfied. The condition i) is during partial failure in which a normally closed solenoid valve is de-energized. The condition ii) is when the switching valve is switched to a failure position due to the second hydraulic pressure and downshift to a specific gear shift stage not corresponding to a current gear shift stage occurs.

摘要： A control apparatus for a vehicular continuously variable transmission is provided. The control apparatus includes a pair of pulley pressure adjusting valves, a pair of electromagnetic valves, a source pressure adjusting valve and an electronic control unit. The electronic control unit is configured to control the source pressure adjusting valve in such a manner as to lower the source pressure at a time of a fail mode below the source pressure at a time of a non-fail mode, at the time of the fail mode, and control command signals to the pair of the electromagnetic valves such that the command signals temporarily decrease below command signals at the time of the non-fail mode, before cancelling the lowering of the source pressure in making a changeover from the fail mode to the non-fail mode.

The actuation assembly is designed to generate a signal relating to an intention of the driver, corresponding to a position of the gearshift lever, by means of a gearshift lever and at least one sensor. The actuation assembly also has a controller unit, by means of which data based on the signal is communicated to the transmission control device via the electrical connection. The transmission control device monitors, in a remote manner, the controller unit in the actuation assembly via the electrical connection. The electrical connection is both a communication line for the data based on the signal and for the remote monitoring.

摘要： An ECU is connected to a multi-system shift sensor detecting a shift lever position in a shift direction associated with detection of the R position, and to a multi-system select sensor detecting a shift lever position in a select direction not associated with detection of the R position. When only one or more, but not all, of sensors in the select sensor are abnormal, the ECU controls the shift range according to the shift position detected based on the remaining proper sensor. When only one or more of sensors in the shift sensor are abnormal, the ECU maintains the current range until an operation of a shift lever is detected, and switches the shift range to the N range at the point of time of detecting an operation of the shift lever.
