    • The invention concerns a fluid rotary machine (1) with a housing (2), a shaft (3) projecting from the housing (2), and being rotatable around an axis (4) and forming part of a movement chain, and a sensor arrangement (10) comprising a transmitter (12) and a receiver (15). It is endeavored to find a simple solution for detecting the rotation of the shaft with a relatively high accuracy. For this purpose, a channel (21) is provided in the movement chain, and the transmitter (12) is connected to a transfer element (19) transferring a torque that is led through said channel (21) to a section of the movement chain that is farther away from the transmitter (12) than a transmitter-side end of the movement chain.

    • A variable displacement lubricant pump includes a first plunger which pushes a shiftable control ring into a high pumping volume direction. A pump rotor comprises radially slidable vanes which rotate in the control ring. A pressure control system comprises a first pressure control chamber wherein a first plunger is axially moveable. A first pressure conduit connects a pump outlet port with the first pressure control chamber. A first pressure control valve controls a pressure in the first pressure control chamber. A second pressure control valve between an outlet opening in a side wall of the first pressure control chamber and a low pressure source controls the outlet opening and is a centrifugal valve mechanically connected with the pump rotor which closes at a high rotational speed of the pump rotor. The outlet opening is closed by the first plunger in a low pumping volume position and opened in a high pumping volume position.

    • In a regulating device for positive-displacement pumps, in particular vane cell and roller cell pumps, a pressure chamber of the pump can be connected with an outlet duct (14) via a bore (13), in which a regulating piston (17) is displaceable against the force of a spring (16). A flow control valve (11) is arranged for regulating a useful flow. In the area of the bore (13) containing the regulating piston (17), the pressure chamber is in continuous connection with a spring chamber (15) of the regulating piston (17) via a bypass duct (18). As a function of the delivery flow of the positive-displacement pump, the regulating piston (17) controls the open cross-sectional surface of a throttle duct (12), which connects the spring chamber (15) with the outlet duct (14). The regulating piston (17) has a control edge (19), by of which the open cross-sectional surface of the throttle duct (12) is reduced during a movement of the regulating piston (17) in the direction toward the spring chamber (15). The regulating piston (17) moreover has a further control edge (20) which, in the course of a further movement of the regulating piston, increases the open cross-sectional surface of the throttle duct (12).
