摘要： Methods and systems are provided to adaptively control a hydraulic fluid supply to supply a driving fluid for applying a driving force on a piston in a gas compressor, the driving force being cyclically reversed between a first direction and a second direction to cause the piston to reciprocate in strokes. During a first stroke of the piston, a speed of the piston, a temperature of the driving fluid, and a load pressure applied to the piston is monitored. Reversal of the driving force after the first stroke is controlled based on the speed, load pressure, and temperature.

摘要： According to one embodiment, a drive device includes a first piston reciprocatively along a first direction within a first mount plane, a first crankshaft orthogonal to the first mount plane, a first XY separation crank mechanism between the first piston and the first crankshaft, which converts reciprocating motion of the first piston and rotary motion of the first crankshaft into each other, a second piston reciprocatively along a second direction symmetrical to the first direction within a second mount plane symmetrical to the first mount plane about a central reference plane, a second crankshaft orthogonal to the second mount plane, a second XY separation crank mechanism between the second piston and the second crankshaft, which converts reciprocating motion of the second piston and rotary motion of the second crankshaft into each other, and a coupler-synchronizing mechanism which rotates the first and second crankshafts in synchronous with each other.

摘要： The reciprocating motor-compressor comprises a frame wherein a crank-shaft is rotatingly housed. Compressor pistons are drivingly connected to the crankshaft and are reciprocatingly moved thereby in respective compressor cylinders. The crankshaft is driven into rotation by an em-bedded Stirling engine. The Stirling engine comprises at least a hot cylinder and a cold cylinder, wherein a respective hot piston and a respective cold piston are reciprocatingly moving. Thermal power is provided to the hot cylinder and partially converted into mechanical power for driving the reciprocating compressor.

摘要： A reciprocating compressor including a casing which has first and second cylinders, an electric motor which has a drive shaft mounted in the casing, first and second pistons fittingly inserted into the first and second cylinders respectively, so as to reciprocate therein, and first and second connecting rods attached to the first and second pistons, respectively, at ends thereof and which are situated in the crank chamber at the other ends thereof where first and second bearings are provided, respectively. A crank member is provided on the drive shaft within the crank chamber, and the crank member is fittingly inserted into the first bearing of the first connecting rod and the second bearing of the second connecting rod. The crank member has a positioning member which positions the first and second bearings with respect to an axial direction.
