摘要： A required portion of a textile fiber product is subjected to a fiber-modifying treatment by applying a fiber-modifying agent containing at least an aqueous polyvalent cationic salt solution and a urethane resin having a blocked isocyanate group at the end thereof, after which a masking ink containing at least a white or light-colored pigment, a water-soluble polymer dispersing agent, a self-emulsifying urethane resin and/or an acrylic resin having an acid value of 40 to 100 mg KOH/g, and an aqueous liquid as a solvent or disperse medium, is printed by an inkjet process.

摘要： A carrier system for transport of functional chemicals in substrates, such as fiber and plastic materials, comprises a carrier compound and at least one functional chemical, whereby the carrier compound consists of micelles, liposomes, lyotropic liquid crystals, or intercalation compounds. The functional chemical that is transported by the carrier compound migrates into the substrate and has an anisotropic distribution therein. Methods for modification, for activation and deactivation in a subsequent application on substrates are described.

摘要： A process for continuous dyeing of cellulose-containing yarn with indigo in a single passage applies reduced indigo from an aqueous dye liquor containing deoxidants, alkali and a dissolved alkali metal salt at a concentration of 100 to 200 g/l as an electrolyte at a pH value of the liquor adjusted to about 10.2 to 11.3, while maintaining the electrolyte concentration, exposing the yarn to a gas which dissolves in the aqueous medium while forming an acid, and then oxidizing reduced indigo in the yarn to form pigment and finishing the dyeing process in a customary manner.

摘要： Methods for treating a fibrous substrate are provided via positioning a treatment sheet adjacent to the fibrous substrate and positioning a heat treatment device onto the treatment sheet. The treatment sheet comprises a base sheet saturated with a treatment composition. The heat treatment sheet comprises a board formed and a flexible pad attached to the board, with the flexible pad comprises a conformable surface. Then, the method includes: pressing the board of the heat treatment device with the hot press member such that the conformable surface of the flexible pad presses onto the treatment sheet to transfer the treatment composition from the treatment sheet to the fibrous substrate using a wetting solution to carry the salt from the treatment sheet into the fibrous substrate; removing the heat treatment device and the treatment sheet from the fibrous substrate; and drying the fibrous substrate with the hot press member.
