摘要： A method of making a resin composition comprising; a polyolefin (A); a saponified ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVOH) (B) having an ethylene content of 20-65 mol % and a degree of saponification of 96% or more; a higher fatty acid metal salt (C) having 8 to 22 carbon atoms; a conjugated polyene compound (D) having a boiling point of 20° C. or higher; an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (E); and a saponified ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (F) having an ethylene content of 68-98 mol % and a degree of saponification of 20% or more, wherein the mass ratio (A:B) is 60:40 to 99.9:0.1, the amount of the higher fatty acid metal salts (C) is in the range of 0.0001 to 10 pbm per 100 pbm of the total of the polyolefin (A) and the EVOH (B), the amount of conjugated polyene compound (D) is in the range of 0.000001 to 1 pbm, and the total amount of the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (B) and the saponified ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (F) is 0.3 pbm or more.

摘要： The present invention relates to a connecting apparatus used for connecting underground pipes and to a composition for preparing a foamed sheet for the same. Specifically, the present invention relates to a sheet composition for pipe connection which comprises 1 to 10 parts by weight of a masterbatch including low-density polyethylene, high-density polyethylene, a maleic anhydride graft copolymer, a metallocene polyethylene elastomer, a foaming agent, and an additive, based on 100 parts by weight of a base resin including low-density polyethylene, high-density polyethylene, a maleic anhydride graft copolymer, and a metallocene polyethylene elastomer. When using the composition according to the present invention, a non-foamed sheet is produced during melt extrusion, and a foamed sheet is obtained at a high temperature by laminating the non-foamed sheet with a heater line and applying electricity thereto. Therefore, the sheet composition can be fused and filled into a pipe.

The method includes A) combining a first fluid comprising elastomer latex with a second fluid comprising particulate filler; B) causing the elastomer latex to coagulate, thereby forming masterbatch crumb; C) bringing the masterbatch crumb to a water content of about 1 weight percent to about 20 weight percent, thereby forming a dewatered coagulum; D) removing water from the dewatered coagulum by subjecting the dewatered coagulum to mechanical energy, thereby causing the dewatered coagulum to heat as a result of friction, while allowing the dewatered coagulum to achieve a temperature of about 130° C. to about 190° C., wherein water content is reduced to about 0.5% to about 3% and wherein substantially all of the decrease in water content is accomplished by evaporation, thereby producing a masticated masterbatch; and E) subjecting the masticated masterbatch to at least an additional 0.3 MJ/kg of mechanical energy while further reducing the water content.

摘要： A polyamide resin composition is provided which contains an anti-aging agent together with a deterioration inhibitor, such as a metal compound or a silica-based inorganic compound, for preventing deterioration caused by, for example, an acid component or a halogen component contained in a refrigerant or an oil, and which satisfactorily produces an anti-aging effect expected by adding the anti-aging agent. For producing a polyamide resin composition containing an (a) polyamide resin, a (b) polyolefin-based elastomer, at least one (c) deterioration inhibitor selected from the group consisting of hydroxides, oxides and basic salts of divalent or trivalent metals, and silica-based inorganic compounds, and a (d) anti-aging agent, a mixture prepared by mixing and kneading the (c) deterioration inhibitor and (b) polyolefin-based elastomer and a mixture prepared by mixing and kneading the (a) polyamide resin and the (d) anti-aging agent are mixed and kneaded.
