摘要： A naphthalenesulfonic acid polycondensate is used as a plasticizer in a construction composition comprising sand and at least one cementitious binder. The naphthalenesulfonic acid polycondensate is obtainable by a condensation reaction of i) a naphthalenesulfonic acid, ii) an alkoxylated hydroxyaryl compound having a polyoxyalkylene chain with 3 to 130 oxyalkylene units, and iii) formaldehyde, in a weight ratio of i):ii) of 95:5 to 60:40, preferably 95:5 to 75:25, more preferably 95:5 to 85:15, wherein the sand has a methylene blue value according to DIN EN 933-9 of at least 10 g/kg. The naphthalenesulfonic acid polycondensate is largely clay-insensitive and its dispersibility is independent of the quality of the sand.

摘要： The present invention provides a method for preparing a polymer and a use of the polymer. The resulting polymer is used as a dispersant for an aqueous dispersion of a hydraulic binder and/or a latent hydraulic binder, such that water-reducing rate is improved, and suitable control of air content can be achieved, thereby improving the strength of concrete. The method for preparing a polymer includes polycondensation of a polyether macromonomer A of a specific structure, a monomer B and an aldehyde C to obtain the polymer. The monomer B is phenylsulfonic acid, p-/o-aminophenylsulfonic acid, p-/o-hydroxylbenzoic acid, p-/o-aminobenzoic acid, p-/o-hydroxylphenylsulfonic acid, or a phosphoric acid group or phosphorous acid group-containing monomer of a specific structure. A molar ratio of the polyether macromonomer A and the monomer B is 1:(0.5 to 12).

摘要： The present invention provides a dispersant composition that is obtained by condensing an aldehyde, preferably formaldehyde, with a sulfonated middle fraction obtained from the distillation of coal tar. The middle fraction, prior to sulfonation, includes greater than 55% to about 95% by weight naphthalene and from about 5% to less than 45% by weight of a plurality of compounds selected from the group consisting of quinoline, indene, biphenyl, indane, acenaphthene, anthracene, phenanthrene, methyl naphthalene, cresol, phenol, xylenol, and tetralin. The condensation product is reacted with a base such as sodium hydroxide to form a salt polymer having a weight average molecular weight between about 2,000 and 40,000. Salt polymers formed in accordance with the method of the invention are useful as dispersants and plasticizers in aqueous cementitious slurries.

摘要： The present invention provides a sulfonated coal tar distillate salt polymer that is a condensation product of an aldehyde, preferably formaldehyde, and a sulfonated middle fraction obtained during coal tar distillation. The middle fraction includes from about 40% to about 95% by weight naphthalene and from about 5% to about 60% by weight of a plurality of compounds selected from the group consisting of quinoline, indene, biphenyl, indane, acenaphthene, anthracene, phenanthrene, methyl naphthalene, cresol, phenol, xylenol, and tetralin. The present invention also provides a method of forming a sulfonated coal tar distillate salt polymer. The method includes sulfonating the middle fraction to form a middle fraction sulfonic acid mass, optionally adding a first portion of water to the middle fraction sulfonic acid mass to form a mixture, reacting the mixture and an aldehyde to form a condensate, optionally adding a second portion of water to dilute the condensate, and adding a base to form a sulfonated middle fraction salt polymer. Sulfonated middle fraction salt polymers formed in accordance with the method of the invention are useful as dispersants and plasticizers in aqueous cementitious slurries.
