摘要： A process for producing a flexible polyurethane foam by reacting and expansion-molding a reactive mixture containing: (A) a polyol component containing a polyoxyalkylene polyol (A1) and a polyol (A2) derived from a natural fat/oil; (X) an epoxidized natural fat/oil obtained by reacting an oxidizing agent with a natural fat/oil containing unsaturated bonds; (C) a catalyst; and (D) a blowing agent, wherein the polyoxyalkylene polyol (a1) has a hydroxy value from 5 to 30 mgKOH/g and is obtained by polymerizing propylene oxide (b1), by ring-opening addition polymerization, in the presence of an initiator and a double metal cyanide complex catalyst (a1) containing an organic ligand, and then, polymerizing ethylene oxide (b2), by ring-opening addition polymerization, in the presence of an alkali metal catalyst (a2).

摘要： A sealing gasket for closure, made of a polyurethane elastomer obtained by reacting the following (A), (B) and (C): (A) a polyisocyanate component having an isocyanate group content of 5 to 38% by weight and average 2 to 3 functional groups, obtained by modifying an aliphatic isocyanate and/or an alicyclic isocyanate, (B) a polyol component having a hydroxyl value of 20 to 350 mgKOH/g and average 2 to 3 functional groups, and (C) a glycerin fatty acid ester having hydroxyl group(s); and a process for producing a closure using such a sealing gasket. The closure sealing gasket made of a polyurethane elastomer, obtained by the present invention, when used for a closure (e.g. a metal closure of a food container having good sealing properties), is little eluted, is less in swelling with an alcoholic beverage and less in the absorption of the odor of the alcoholic beverage into the closure sealing gasket, and is tough, and causes no yellowing.

The use of these graft copolymer dispersions in the manufacture of polyurethane plastics, particularly flexible foams, by the isocyanate polyaddition process is also described.

摘要： A process for the preparation of an aqueous dispersion of an auto-oxidatively drying polyurethane, comprising the steps of: a) forming the auto-oxidatively drying polyurethane by reacting an unsaturated fatty acid esterified polyol, a hydroxyl functional polyalkene having one or more unsaturated bonds in the backbone chain between 2 hydroxyl groups, a polyhydroxy carboxylic acid, a polyisocyanate, and optionally a diol having no polyunsaturation; b)optionally adding a neutralizing agent; and c) dispersing the product of step (a) or (b) in water to form an aqueous dispersion. The invention further relates to aqueous dispersions and coating compositions of an auto-oxidatively drying polyurethane, to hybrid dispersions further comprising a co-binder, preferably an acrylic binder as a co-dispersion, as a molecular hybrid or as a blend and to the use thereof for coating fabrics, plastics, wood, or metal.

摘要： Foamed polyurethanes substantially free from non-uniform density distribution are obtained by dispersing an inert gas with mechanical stirring into a foamed polyurethane-forming composition containing substantially no blowing agent and comprising (1) an organic polyisocyanate component, (2) a polyol component comprising a high molecular weight polyol (A1) and a low molecular weight polyol (A2), (3) a dehydrating agent (B) and optionally organic microballoons, and curing the resulting composition containing therein the inert gas substantially homogeneously distributed. Foamed polyurethanes thus obtained are lightweight and of reduced warpage after processing and are suitable for model materials.

摘要： The invention relates to a method for producing a water-permeable covering on granular, water-soluble substances by coating them with a synthetic resin. The method of the invention uses a coating composition which comprises a polyisocyanate and a polyol component of a condensation product from phenols and aldehydes, a softener containing hydroxyl groups and optionally a diluent containing hydroxyl groups. The coating composition is cured at room temperature with an amine as a catalyst.
