摘要： Provided is a lesion identification marker for use in radiation therapy that enables pure gold microparticles which absorb X-rays to be placed, with extremely low invasive potential, in any site in the body in an arbitrary amount appropriate for the type of radiation therapy and the therapeutic target site, and that enables the placement site to be identified over a long period of time by radiation therapy equipment. The lesion identification marker for use in radiation therapy includes a mixture of pure gold particles and a substance containing a calcium phosphate-based bone reinforcing material, or a mixture of pure gold particles, a mixing solution, and a substance containing a calcium phosphate-based bone reinforcing material. The volume mean diameter (MV) of the particles of the substance containing a calcium phosphate-based bone reinforcing material is in the range of 3-12 μm.

摘要： The present invention relates to a method for preparing uniform metal oxide nanoparticles. According to the preparation method of the present invention, it is possible to maintain the temperature and pressure inside the reactor in a stable and constant manner by removing water generated in the reaction step for forming metal oxide nanoparticles. Thus, the uniformity of nanoparticles formed is increased, and the reproducibility between batches can be increased even in a repeated process and and a large-scale reaction. Therefore, the preparation method of the present invention can be used to synthesize uniform nanoparticles reproducibly in large quantities.

摘要： A new, facile, general one-phase method of generating thiol-functionalized transition metal nanoparticles and surface modified by (co)polymers synthesized by the RAFT method is described. The method includes the steps of forming a (co)polymer in aqueous solution using the RAFT methodology, forming a collidal transition metal precursor solution from an appropriate transition metal; adding the metal precursor solution or surface to the (co)polymer solution, adding a reducing agent into the solution to reduce the metal colloid in situ to produce the stabilized nanoparticles or surface, and isolating the stabilized nanoparticles or surface in a manner such that aggregation is minimized. The functionalized surfaces generated using these methods can further undergo planar surface modifications, such as fuctionalization with a variety of different chemical groups, expanding their utility and application.
