摘要： A vehicle wheel includes a rim, an inflatable tire, a grounding tire, and a safety unit. The rim includes two tire engagement portions spaced from each other in a longitudinal direction. The inflatable tire is mounted around the rim and includes an inner annular bottom wall and two inner annular sidewalls respectively on left and right sides of the inner annular bottom wall. Each inner annular sidewall includes an inner side having a lip pressing against one of the tire engagement portions of the rim. The grounding tire is mounted around the inflatable tire and includes an outer annular bottom wall capable of rolling contact with the ground. The safety unit is sandwiched between the inflatable tire and the grounding tire to couple the inflatable tire and the grounding tire together, permitting synchronously rotation of the inflatable tire and the grounding tire while increasing the anti-slipping effect.

摘要： A method of selectively controlling the self-sealing ability of a tire obtained by application of a sealing assembly on a drum and subsequent formation thereon of a precursor of a green tire inclusive of liner and carcass, followed by shaping, curing and molding. The sealing assembly includes: a self-supporting thermoplastic film of polyamide or polyester and a layer of sealing material possessing viscoelasticity and stickiness features, which is associated with and supported by the self-supporting thermoplastic film. The sealing assembly is easily puncturable by a sharp-pointed element while it maintains such a deformability and stickiness that it helps in the transfer of the sealing material during ejection of the sharp-pointed element and limits the transferred material amount to such an extent that holes bigger than a predetermined value are not sealed.

摘要： A pneumatic tire is provided which includes an outer circumferential rubber tread and a supporting carcass. A rubber inner liner is disposed inwardly from the supporting carcass. A built-in sealant layer is situated adjacent to an innermost removable barrier layer and disposed inwardly from the rubber inner liner. The built-in sealant layer provides self-sealing properties to the pneumatic tire. The pneumatic tire, with its innermost removable barrier layer, keeps the sealant layer from sticking to a tire-building apparatus during tire assembly and, after curing of the assembled tire, is eventually removed to permit gas from the built-in sealant layer to become part of the tire's inflation air to prevent or reduce instances of inner liner blister formation.

Bracing bandage reinforcements include a material with heat shrinkage properties. Under a predetermined extension of 1% in the longitudinal direction of the reinforcements, each bracing ply, has a tension of 2,000 N per dm of width.

摘要： A thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) composition is provided which contains a blend of a hydrogenated styrenic block copolymer (SBC) having a number average molecular weight (Mn) greater than about 200,000 Daltons (Da), a polypropylene, a mineral oil, and at least one filler. The composition has a hardness less than about 80 Shore A and is resealable. An article produced from such a TPE composition reseals itself so as to exhibit no leakage after puncture. A method for preventing leakage in an elastomeric article involves providing an elastomeric article formed from the TPE composition, puncturing the elastomeric article by inserting a sharp object, and removing the sharp object; the article reseals itself such that no leakage occurs from the punctured article after removal of the sharp object.

摘要： A method of manufacturing a puncture resistant leakless material for tubeless tires, the puncture resistant leakless material manufactured thereof, and a method of spray coating the puncture resistant leakless material to tires are described. Thermoplastic elastomers are used as the framework material for the puncture resistant leakless material. The puncture resistant leakless material resists high temperature, low temperature, oil, and water, has high leakproof properties, and has low manufacturing costs. The puncture resistant leakless material also has a high tear resistance, a great resilience, and a long service life. The raw materials for manufacturing the puncture resistant leakless material fir tubeless tire do not need to undergo vulcanization, resulting in reduced energy consumption and lowered manufacturing costs.
