摘要： A machine for producing bags includes a station for forming a tube, which forms a band of transversely perforated flexible material into a tube, a holding station for retaining the tube, a folding station for forming a bottom at the end of the tube, a folding roller having a folding blade for folding a flap at the end of the tube and a tear-off bar for pinching the tube against the drum, the folding station and the holding station being configured to jointly exert a traction on the tube and detach a portion of the tube. The tear-off bar is disposed behind the folding blade, the machine controlling the rotation of the folding station to synchronize the drum with the front of the tube.

摘要： The present invention relates to improvements for reclosable polymeric bags. Disclosed is a polymeric film bag with film made from a blown film extrusion or a cast extrusion process. The bag is formed from a continuous multi-layer web of polymeric film. The bag comprises burn through side seals formed by a rotary drum that forms the sides of the bag and severs the film of the multi-layer film to form individual bags. Interlocking zipper stock is provided to the web and affixed to an upper end of the bag by an adhesive. Further disclosed is a high-speed continuous process and system for manufacturing the reclosable bags.

摘要： An exemplary reclosable bag includes a first ply joined to a second ply to define a main bag portion having a compartment and a product receiving opening. A reclosing flap is connected to the main bag portion and is spaced apart from the product receiving opening. A reclosing material and a release material are applied to the bag and are arranged such that the reclosing material releasably adheres to the release material. The reclosing flap is movable between a passive position and an active position. A bag opening zone formed in the main bag portion proximate the reclosing flap may be opened to create a product retrieval opening for retrieving a product from the compartment. The product is returned to the compartment through the product retrieval opening, and the compartment is reclosed by moving the reclosing flap from the passive position to the active position.

A pattern is applied the first face of the fabric web in a pattern that repeats along the production direction only locally with a coating in the form of a film or in the form of a liquid plastic of a width or shape that varies transversely, and the fabric web is shaped into a fabric tube. In order to form individual woven plastic bags, the fabric tube is cut transversely into pieces of the fabric tube suitable for subsequent filling and sealing.
