摘要： An injecting machine for two different liquid material includes an injection cylinder having a nozzle disposed on a distal end thereof. A plunger is reciprocally received in the injection cylinder for undergoing reciprocating movement between an advanced position and a retracted position, with the plunger injecting a liquid mixture of the two different liquid materials as the plunger moves to the advanced position. A moving mechanism causes the plunger to reciprocate between the advanced position and the retracted position. A mixing mechanism is disposed on the injection cylinder for mixing the two different liquid materials together to feed the liquid mixture into the injection cylinder. A support plate supports a proximal portion of the injection cylinder. The mixing mechanism is supported in its entirety by the injection cylinder.

摘要： Provided are a two-color molding method, and a two-color molded article capable of suppressing deterioration of the appearance quality which is caused by resin shrinkage or resin deformation in the two-color molding. The two-color molding method includes: molding a first resin portion by a common die and a primary die; and molding a second resin portion integrally with the first resin portion by the common die and a secondary die. An abutting portion is molded on an edge of the first resin portion to protrude toward the secondary die when the first resin portion is molded, and a distal end surface of the abutting portion is maintained to be abutted on a cavity surface or a parting surface of the secondary die when the second resin portion is molded. The deformation of the abutting portion or the first resin portion is suppressed to suitably mold the second resin portion.

摘要： An apparatus for injection molding two compatible polymeric materials, in which two or more plasticizing zones on a screw are used to simultaneously or sequentially plasticize the two materials into a common accumulation space through separate pathways. The charge comprising multiple layers of material is then injected into a closed mold by means of forward axial motion of the screw with respect to its enclosing barrel. Once inside the mold, the first material forms a skin layer, totally or partially surrounding the other material. In this way a part having a plurality of material properties may be produced in a single operation.

The ratio loader container has a bottom orifice to the thermoplastic processing machine, which orifice is coverable by a flap which is normally closed by a spring and is held closed by the vacuum.

摘要： An injecting machine includes an injection cylinder, a plunger, a plunger moving mechanism, and a mixing mechanism. The plunger is reciprocally received in the injection cylinder for moving between an advanced position and a retracted position, with the injecting a liquid mixture of two different liquid materials as the plunger moves to the advanced position. The plunger moving mechanism causes the plunger to move between the advanced position and the retracted position. The mixing mechanism is disposed on the injection cylinder for mixing the two different liquid materials together to feed the liquid mixture into the injection cylinder. The plunger includes a front portion having a helical groove formed on an outer circumferential surface thereof to allow the liquid mixture fed from the mixing mechanism to pass through the helical groove for collecting in a forward space formed forward of the front portion of the plunger.

摘要： An air freshener removably engages with a structure, such as the supporting post of a rear view mirror of a motor vehicle. The air freshener has a rigidifying core defining a central axis, and an outer portion or sleeve contacting the core that is formed from one or more fragrance loaded polymers. Together, the core and outer portion are shaped to surround a first axis perpendicular to the central axis. The ends of the air freshener are juxtaposed generally opposite one another in closed configuration, and the arm portions of the air freshener flex in directions substantially parallel to the first axis to separate the ends to open the air freshener. A breakable strap and/or connectors may be provided to join the ends together. Alternatively, one end of the air freshener may be inserted within a cavity formed in the opposite end of the air freshener.
