摘要： An apparatus for manufacturing a resin molded product is configured to manufacture a resin molded product into which an elongated member is inserted. The apparatus for manufacturing the resin molded product includes a first mold having a first molding surface, and a second mold having a second molding surface. The first mold includes a protrusion. The protrusion protrudes from the first molding surface toward the second molding surface. The protrusion includes an end surface configured to come into contact with part of a first end surface of the elongated member. The second mold includes an accommodating recess, a holding portion disposed in the accommodating recess and configured to hold the elongated member with the protrusion, and a biasing member that is disposed in the accommodating recess and biases the holding portion toward the first molding surface.

摘要： A method of manufacturing a composite component according to various aspects of the present disclosure includes disposing a fiber preform in a mold. The fiber preform includes a first portion having a first edge and a second portion having a second edge. The first edge and the second edge cooperate to at least partially define a gap. One of the first portion or the second portion includes a first ferromagnetic material and the other of the first portion or the second portion includes a first magnetic or magnetizable component. The method further includes closing the gap by generating a magnetic field from the first magnetic or magnetizable component. The method further includes injecting a polymer precursor into the mold. The method further includes forming the composite component by solidifying the polymer precursor to form a polymer. The composite component includes the fiber preform and the polymer.

摘要： A method of manufacturing a wind turbine blade shell part comprising fiber material impregnated with cured resin is described. The method comprises the steps of: a) providing a first mold part having a first forming surface with a contour that defines at least a part of an outer surface of turbine blade shell part, b) arranging fiber material in the first mold part, the fiber material comprising fibers of a magnetizable material, c) providing a resin in the first mold part simultaneous with and/or subsequent to step b), and d) curing the resin in order to form the wind turbine blade shell part or wind turbine blade.
