摘要： Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a piece, especially a green piece made of ceramic material, by the technique of additive manufacturing according to which layers of a photocurable paste are successively allowed to cure according to a pattern defined for each layer, the first layer being formed on a working surface on a working tray, each layer, before curing according to a defined pattern, being spread by scraping by one scraping blade or parallel scraping blades from an amount of paste supplied onto the working tray, which is lowered upon each formation of a layer. Upon each formation of a layer, the amount of paste necessary to form the layer is dispensed onto the working surface, from at least one nozzle which is moved in front of the scraping blade, or in the case of parallel scraping blades, in front of the front scraping blade.

摘要： A thermal insulator with both excellent heat insulation and strength and a method of manufacturing the thermal insulator are provided.A thermal insulator according to the present invention includes metal oxide fine particles with an average particle diameter equal to or smaller than 50 nm and a reinforcing fiber, wherein the thermal insulator has a bridge structure between the metal oxide fine particles which is formed by elution of part of the metal oxide fine particles. A method of manufacturing a thermal insulator according to the present invention includes a curing step of curing a dry pressed compact including metal oxide fine particles with an average particle diameter equal to or smaller than 50 nm and a reinforcing fiber under a pressurized vapor saturated atmosphere at a temperature equal to or higher than 100° C. for four hours and a drying step of drying the cured dry pressed compact.

摘要： A method of forming a ceramic matrix composite structure. The method comprises forming at least one prepregged composite material comprising a ceramic fiber preform and a pre-ceramic matrix slurry. The at least one prepregged composite material is placed over at least one surface of a tool using an advanced fiber placement apparatus to form an at least partially uncured composite material structure. The at least partially uncured composite material structure is exposed at least to elevated temperatures to convert the at least partially uncured composite material structure into a ceramic matrix composite structure. A system for forming a ceramic matrix composite structure, an advanced fiber placement apparatus, and a ceramic matrix composite structure are also described.

摘要： A hot isostatic pressing method is disclosed wherein workpieces are accommodated within a high pressure vessel and the interior of the high pressure vessel is filled with an inert gas of a high temperature and a high pressure to treat the workpieces. The method includes a cooling step which is performed after maintaining the interior of the high pressure vessel at a high temperature and a high pressure for a predetermined time and in which a liquid inert gas is fed into the high pressure vessel. According to this method it is possible to shorten the cycle time of an HIP apparatus.
