摘要： A water jet strengthening and polishing integrated system for blades of a blisk includes a vibration polishing unit and a water jet strengthening unit. The vibration polishing unit includes a vibration polishing bath, the vibration polishing bath is internally provided with a clamp for clamping the blisk, and vibration motors for driving the vibration polishing bath to vibrate are installed on the vibration polishing bath. Top ends of support springs are fixedly connected with the vibration polishing bath, and bottom ends of the support springs are fixedly connected with a workbench. The water jet strengthening unit includes a water jet strengthening device for carrying out water jet strengthening on the blades of the blisk and a driving mechanism for clamping the water jet strengthening device and capable of driving the water jet strengthening device to move in any direction in space.

摘要： A method of stripping, prepping and coating a surface includes first stripping the exiting coating from a surface, using continuous or pulsed fluid jet, followed by prepping the surface by the same fluid jet. The method also provides entraining particles into a fluid stream, if desired to generate a particle-entrained fluid stream that is directed at the surface to be stripped and prepped. The particles act as abrasive particles for prepping the surface to a prescribed surface roughness required for subsequent application of a coating to the surface. The method then entails coating the surface by electrically charging particles having the same chemical composition as the particles used to prep the surface. Finally, a charged-particle-entrained fluid stream is directed at high speed at the charged surface to coat the surface. The particles form both mechanical and electronic bonds with the surface.

According to the invention, shot balls are accelerated with the aid of at least one vibrator, whereby the shot balls accelerated in the ultrasonic range are directed onto surfaces of a cavity that is to be blasted. In that regard, the vibrator is preferably positioned with a small spacing distance, preferably with a spacing distance on the order of magnitude of the diameter of the shot balls utilized for the blasting, from the cavity to be blasted.

Some embodiments include apparatuses that may be utilized during treatment of surfaces with aerosol particles.
