摘要： A system and method is provided for upgrading a continuously flowing process stream including heavy crude oil (HCO). A reactor receives the process stream in combination with water, at an inlet temperature within a range of about 60° C. to about 200° C. The reactor includes one or more process flow tubes having a combined length of about 30 times their aggregated transverse cross-sectional dimension, and progressively heats the process stream to an outlet temperature T(max)1 within a range of between about 260° C. to about 400° C. The reactor maintains the process stream at a pressure sufficient to ensure that it remains a single phase at T(max)1. A controller selectively adjusts the rate of flow of the process stream through the reactor to maintain a total residence time of greater than about 1 minute and less than about 25 minutes.

摘要： Disclosed is an apparatus for preparing phosphoric acid from a fume exiting the kiln in a kiln phosphoric acid process, the apparatus comprises a hydration tower and an acid solution cyclical spraying system, a fume inlet of the fume exiting the kiln is disposed at a lower portion of the hydration tower, a fume outlet after hydration and absorption is disposed at the top, a spraying device is disposed in a cavity of the hydration tower above the fume inlet, a liquid inlet of the acid solution cyclical spraying system is disposed on a bottom of the hydration tower, a liquid outlet of the acid solution cyclical spraying system is connected to a liquid intake pipe of the spraying device. The present invention has the advantages of simple structure, reasonable layout, strong adaptability, high raw material utilization rate, reduced contaminant emissions, and high recovery rate of phosphoric acid etc.

摘要： A process for reducing coke formation during hydrocarbon upgrading reactions using a double-wall reactor comprising the steps of feeding a heated feed water to a shell-side volume of the double-wall reactor to produce a heat transfer stream, the double-wall reactor comprising an exterior wall and an interior wall, a reaction section volume, a heating element configured to heat the heat transfer stream, wherein heat is transferred from the heat transfer stream to the reaction section volume, feeding the hot water return exiting the shell-side volume through a filter; mixing the filtered water stream with a heated hydrocarbon feedstock; feeding the mixed stream to the reaction section volume in a configuration counter-current to the heat transfer stream; reacting the reaction flow stream at a reaction temperature, wherein the heat transferred to the reaction section volume is operable to maintain the reaction temperature above the critical temperature of water.

摘要： A multi-phase reactor system for performing multi-phase reactions is disclosed. The reactor system includes a reaction vessel having a slinger device (100) mounted on a centrally positioned agitator shaft (102) proximal to an operative top of the reaction vessel. The slinger device (100) comprises a holding means defined by a vertical circumferential plate (108) and a cover plate (107) for at least partially encasing the agitator shaft (102) to define a space for collecting a liquid. The holding means comprise at least one spraying means including spray pipes (106) for distributing the liquid on an inner wall of the reaction vessel by a projectile trajectory path on rotation of the agitator shaft. A concave blade (104) may be positioned over the cover plate (107) for preventing overflow of the liquid from the holding means and forming an umbrella of the flowing liquid to effect scrubbing of the vapors and off-gas.

摘要： The present invention relates to a reactor (10) and a process for continuous polymerization, where the reactor (10) has an essentially tubular reactor housing (16). The reactor housing (16) has a drive (38) which runs along the geometric central axis (12) in the flow direction (22) and is configured as a central shaft. A rotatably arranged scraper or wiper (36) is provided within the reactor housing (16); the scraper or wiper (36) has at least one scraper or wiper blade (42) to run along an interior side (44) of the reactor housing (16). The rotational movement of the scraper or wiper (36) results in radial mixing of a stream within the reactor housing (16) which dominates gravity effects and, by virtue of shaping of the scrapers or wipers, optionally makes plug flow or a loop flow or backflow within the reactor (10) or else via an additional external pumped circulation system (23) possible. This allows the reaction conditions in the axial direction of the reactor housing (16) to be predicted and individually suitable reaction conditions to be set and controlled along the reactor housing, so that, in particular, a desired molecular weight distribution can be set.
