摘要： Disclosed is a raw material pre-treatment process system suitable for a kiln phosphoric acid process, comprising a carbonaceous reductant, a phosphate ore and a silica pre-treatment system which are independent from one another, outlets of the carbonaceous reductant, phosphate ore pre-treatment system and silica pre-treatment system are all connected to an inner pellet material mixing device via a first delivery device, and outlets of the carbonaceous reductant and the silica pre-treatment system are both additionally connected to a shell material mixing device via a second delivery device. Also disclosed is a raw material pre-treatment process suitable for a kiln phosphoric acid process, i.e. pre-treating carbonaceous reductant, phosphate ore and silica respectively, feeding the carbonaceous reductant powder, phosphate ore powder and silica powder into the inner ball material mixing device for pelletizing, and feeding the carbonaceous reductant and silica into the shell material mixing device for mixing.

摘要： The present invention relates to a chemical phosphoric acid production unit, comprising: a reactor for the production of phosphoric acid, a receiving device (2) for receiving phosphogypsum obtained after filtration of phosphoric acid produced in the reactor, a discharge system (1) for discharging phosphogypsum from the receiving device (2). The chemical unit is mainly characterised in that the discharge system (1) comprises a chute (3) of which the inlet (4) is located inside the receiving device (2) and is arranged so as to communicate with said receiving device (2), and a flap (6) moveable around an axis of rotation (7), said flap (6) being able to open according to a predetermined angle (α) corresponding to a predetermined section (13) for the passage of a fraction of phosphogypsum through the inlet (4) of the chute (3), and to close in order to prevent the passage of phosphogypsum into the chute.

摘要： The present invention relates to a continuous method for functionalizing a carbon nanotube, and more specifically, to a continuous method for functionalizing a carbon nanotube by feeding functional compounds having one or more functional group into a functionalizing reactor into which a carbon nanotube mixture including oxidizer is fed under a pressure of 50 to 400 atm and a temperature of 100 to 600° C. to a subcritical water or supercritical water condition of a pressure of 50 to 40 atm by using a continuously functionalizing apparatus to obtain the functionalized products, such that the functional group of the functional compound can be easily introduced to the carbon nanotube, thereby increasing the functionalized effect of the carbon nanotube and increasing the dispersibility accordingly.

摘要： In a process of eluting phosphorus from sludge into a liquid phase and recovering the phosphorus efficiently, cell walls of microorganisms in the sludge are ruptured by a process selected from crushing sludge (for example, treating with an ultrasonic wave homogenizer), treating with ozone, and treating with heat. Then the liquid phase is treated with alkali, thereby eluting the phosphorus into a liquid phase efficiently in a short time. By coagulating and precipitating, the phosphorus eluted into the liquid phase is recovered.
