The stirrer element (30) is a hollow cylinder (53) and is provided with a central sealing cap (32) such that the homogenate (71) can be manually or automatically diluted or pipetted from the laboratory test vessel (70) by means of a pipette or a needle or disposable tip without removing the disposable lid (10), or analyzed with a sensor or heated or cooled by means of a heating or cooling bar.
