摘要： Device for the mixing of polymethylmethacrylate bone cement and for storing a monomer liquid and a cement powder as starting components of the bone cement, comprising a cartridge having an internal space closed on one side by a mobile dispensing plunger; a monomer container for a monomer liquid and/or a connector for attachment of a monomer container which can be opened in the device so that the monomer liquid flows from the monomer container into the device; and a connecting conduit through which the monomer liquid can be guided into the internal space of the cartridge; having a pumping plunger that can be shifted axially in the hollow cylinder arranged in the hollow cylinder, which can be used to push monomer liquid from the hollow cylinder through the connecting conduit into the internal space of the cartridge by actuating the pumping plunger.

摘要： A convertible mixer assembly converts a hand mixer for use as a stand mixer with additional attachments. The assembly includes a motor positioned within a mixer housing. Mixer ports extend into the mixer housing. A handle coupled to the mixer housing allows handheld use. Beater attachments are removably coupable to the mixer housing and rotated by the motor. A connector extends from the mixer housing. A slot extends into an outer surface of a stand. The slot receives the connector such that the stand is configured for holding the mixer housing for use without the mixer housing is handheld.

摘要： Vacuum mixing systems and methods mix of polymethylmethacrylate bone cement, the systems and methods comprise at least one cartridge having an evacuable internal space, a pump with a plunger that can be moved by hand to generate a low pressure, and a connecting conduit connecting the internal space of the at least one cartridge to the pump. The pump comprises an operating element that can be operated from outside and is connected appropriately to the plunger such that it is suitable for moving the plunger in the pump by hand such that a low pressure can be generated such that the low pressure of the pump can be used to evacuate gas from the internal space of the at least one cartridge through the connecting conduit.

The device or system further comprises an operating element that is operatable from outside, wherein, by means of the operating element, the vacuum plunger in the vacuum pump is movable manually, the pump plunger in the pressure pump is movable manually, the opening device is movable manually relative to the receptacle or relative to the integrated container, and the mixing device is movable manually in the interior of the cartridge.

摘要： A portable mixing/delivery apparatus mixes dry pre-blended materials, such as homogeneous cementitious combinations of dry sand, cement, Lime, color pigments, etc., packaged in large bulk bags for use at a remote construction site. The bulk bag is lifted by a removable rack having plural lift eyes and the combination is positioned over a height adjustable frame. The granular material is then discharged into a continuous mixer having a dynamic input mixing stage, an output dry-to-wet mixing stage, and a transition stage therebetween. The entire assembly (bulk bag, frame and continuous mixer) is portable and can be lifted such as by a forklift to the height of a masonry scaffold for dispensing the mixed, wet granular material directly to the point of use. The apparatus allows the continuous mixer and its discharge tube to rotate to facilitate dispensing of the material directly to the point of use.
