摘要： In order to bring a moduled power converter into less size and cost in the case of a structure having a lead-insert-case, an insulated metal circuit board and a printed circuit board, a difficulty was encountered in thinning a wiring width and an increase in pad area for each metal wire has interfered with a reduction in its size and cost.In the present invention to cope with it, a power converter is constructed by using a semiconductor module having such a structure that a metal base and lead frames are adhered to each other in a state in which an insulating adhesive sheet is interposed therebetween, a resin-molded outer package is adhered to the metal base with an adhesive or the like, and a resin sealing agent is charged into the resin-molded outer package to thereby integrally seal the resin-molded outer package and circuit parts such as semiconductor elements implemented therein, whereby a reduction in size and cost thereof is realized.

摘要： A semiconductor module in which a lead electrode is integrally formed with or pressed into resin separated from a resin case, and a connector securing a pad for bonding a metal wire to the lead electrode is bonded to a substrate with a power semiconductor element mounted thereon by an adhesive, and the like in a similar manner as the module case. According to the present invention, an electrode can be disposed in an appropriate position in the semiconductor module, and the scope of the free layout is enhanced.

摘要： A single-phase PWM converter system in accordance with the present invention employs a sample-and-hold circuit which samples and holds a direct current in the state wherein one of two-phase gate signals of a positive or negative side arm is ON and the other phase is OFF, determines the sign of an output of the sample-and-hold circuit according to the two-phase gate condition, detects a phase current at the input side of the converter, and controls a voltage at the input side of the converter so that the detected current value agrees with a power supply current command. Further, a three-phase PWM converter system in accordance with the present invention detects the effective current and the ineffective current of the power supply current from the direct current, and based on the values, controls the PWM converter so that the sine wave power supply current whose power supply power factor is 1 is provided.

摘要： Objects of the present invention are to provide an inverter apparatus in which the specification thereof can be readily changed without changing an inverter basic unit, and to provide an inverter apparatus in which an inverter basic unit and an I/O block unit can be readily separated and the number of degrees of freedom of installation can be increased. An inverter apparatus of the present invention is constituted by an inverter basic unit and an I/O block unit which is connected to the inverter basic unit separately therefrom. The inverter basic unit is constituted by a power module which includes a DC/AC converter and a controller including a microcomputer for managing the DC/AC converter. The I/O block unit is constructed in the form of an I/O block unit which includes an input/output interface unit having signal connection terminals. Since the plurality kinds of I/O block units can be connected to the inverter basic unit and also the software of the microcomputer can be changed with the microcomputer mounted on the associated substrate, the specification and the performance of the inverter apparatus can be readily changed.
