摘要： A water-soluble or water-dispersible graft copolymer obtainable by free-radical graft copolymerization of(I) at least one monoethylenically unsaturated monomer onto(II) polymers with a molecular weight of 200-5000 of monoethylenically unsaturated dicarboxylic acids or anhydrides thereofusing from 5 to 2,000 parts by weight of the monomers (I) per 100 parts by weight of grafting base, a process for preparing the graft copolymers and the use of the graft copolymers as additive to phosphate-free or reduced phosphate textile detergents, as dispersants and preventers of deposits in cleaners for hard surfaces and as water-treatment agents for reducing the deposition of scale and the separation out of water hardness in water-conveying systems.

摘要： Modified polyaspartic acids useful as detergent and cleaner additives, as water treatment agents and as scale inhibitors in the evaporation of sugar juice are obtainable by polycondensation of (a) from 1 to 99.9 mol % of aspartic acid with (b) from 99 to 0.1 mol % of fatty acids, polybasic carboxylic acids, anhydrides of polybasic carboxylic acids, polybasic hydroxycarboxylic acids, monobasic polyhydroxycarboxylic acids, alcohols, amines, alkoxylated alcohols and amines, amino sugars, carbohydrates, sugarcarboxylic acids and/or non-proteinogenic aminocarboxylic acids or by polymerizing monoethylenically unsaturated monomers in the presence of polyaspartic acids in the manner of a free-radically initiated graft polymerization.

摘要： Water-soluble copolymerizates are disclosed containing carboxyl groups, and also containing the following components incorporated by polymerization: (a) 30 to 80 mol % monoethylenically unsaturated C.sub.3 -C.sub.8 carboxylic acids, anhydrides thereof and/or water-soluble salts thereof; (b) 10 to 50 mol % C.sub.2 -C.sub.8 olefines, styrene, alkyl styrene, C.sub.1 -C.sub.10 alkyl vinyl ethers and/or vinyl esters of saturated C.sub.1 -C.sub.10 monocarboxylic acids; and (c) 0.01 to 20 mol % vinyl ethers and/or allyl ethers of alkoxylated C.sub.1 -C.sub.30 alcohols. The copolymerizates in question have a K-value of at least 8 (determined after H. Fikentscher). Also disclosed are methods of producing the water-soluble copolymerizates by copolymerization of the monomers in the presence of radical-forming polymerization initiators, and the use of the polymerizates as scale inhibitors.

C. for from 1 to 10 hours, and then removing volatile organic constituents virtually completely by a steam distillation.
