摘要： A piezoelectric electroacoustic transducer includes a substantially square piezoelectric diaphragm flexually vibrating in a plate-thickness direction in response to application of an alternating signal between electrodes, a substantially rectangular insulating case having a supporting member disposed inside sidewalls of the case for supporting the diaphragm, terminals having internal connections exposed in a vicinity of the supporting member and external connections exposed outside the case and electrically connecting to the internal connections, a first adhesive applied to a shortest route located between the external periphery of the diaphragm and the internal connections and connecting the diaphragm to the internal connections so as to fix the diaphragm to the case, a conductive adhesive applied to electrodes of the diaphragm and the internal connections via the upper surface of the first adhesive by detouring from the shortest route to connect the diaphragm to the internal connections for electrically connecting the electrodes of the diaphragm to the internal connections of the terminals, and a second adhesive for sealing a clearance between the external periphery of the diaphragm and the internal periphery of the case. The first and second adhesives have a Young's modulus after curing smaller than that of the conductive adhesive.

摘要： The present invention allows a plasma display apparatus having a high-luminance panel to decrease initializing bright points that easily occur just after power-on of the apparatus, enhancing the quality of display image. The panel has discharge cells, each of which including a data electrode, and a display electrode pair formed of a scan electrode and a sustain electrode. In the driving method of the panel, one field period is formed of subfields, each of which including an initializing period for generating initializing discharge in the discharge cells, an address period for applying scan pulses to the scan electrodes and applying address pulses to the data electrodes, and a sustain period for applying sustain pulses to the data electrode pairs. In the structure above, a predetermined period after power-off of the apparatus has no generation of the address pulses, the scan pulses, and the sustain pulses.

摘要： A signal processing apparatus includes the following elements. A plurality of signal processing software modules perform unit signal-processing steps of signal processing by means of software processing. An instruction input receiving unit receives an instruction. A virtual connecting unit sets up a virtual connection between inputs and outputs of the signal processing software modules in response to the received instruction. A circuit structure information storing and managing unit stores and manages the virtually connected signal processing software modules. A path routing unit routes a signal processing path to determine the order in which the stored signal processing software modules perform the signal processing. A signal processing executing unit performs the signal processing by sequentially executing the signal processing software modules in the determined order. The path routing unit determines whether a feedback loop including no delay element is generated in a circuit composed of the signal processing software modules.

摘要： An apparatus that allows a musical piece to be recomposed by reflecting, for example, the mood, preference, and ambient environment of a listening user in the musical piece in real time. The apparatus includes a rhythm master unit and a rhythm slave unit. The rhythm master unit generates synchronization signals containing a signal having a period corresponding to a measure of a musical piece and a signal having a period corresponding to a beat of the musical piece and also generates musical-piece recomposition information in synchronization with the synchronization signals. The rhythm slave unit recomposes musical-piece data of input music content in accordance with the synchronization signals and the musical-piece recomposition information, generates output musical-piece data, and outputs the musical-piece data to the rhythm slave unit.
