摘要： Hot air drying is an intensive energy consuming process, 5000-8000 kJ per kg of water. More efficient processes produce low drying rates or cannot totally dry the product because they do not integrate the four drying phases, warm up, constant drying, falling drying and aeration and do not handle dripping. To reduce the energy consumption, the exhausted mix of air and vapor is used as working fluid to drive each phase, and the dripping is collected before it goes back to the product. This fluid is compressed inside of a heat-exchanger to heat the product; however, the mix proportion, vapor and air, changes on each phase. For warm up phase, the working fluid is either hot air or condensed water; in constant phase, it is mostly vapor; in falling phase, it changes from vapor to air; and for aeration, it is air. Inlet and outlet valves control these proportions.

摘要： A dewatering device for aggregate product can be used to retro-fit existing aggregate product dewatering facilities in order to more efficiently capture product. The dewatering device can be movable to allow for the portability of the device relative to existing dewatering facilities. The device is adapted to receive a slurry of aggregate product and water and to vibrate to dry the aggregate product. A recycle system is included to receive any fines that may otherwise be lost by the system. The recycle system captures the fines and redirects them back towards the vibrating process of the vibrating device to direct them towards an exit of the vibrating device in order to use said fines as well as the other dewatered aggregate product. The portability of the device allows the device to be used with the existing facilities without the need to completely replace existing components for dewatering aggregate product.

摘要： A device for conveying and feeding wet material for a cross-flow hot air combine harvester, the device consisting of a hot air pumping part and a material conveying part. The hot air pumping part uses an air suction pump (4) to pump a flow of hot waste air from an engine radiator (1) of the combine harvester by means of an air suction pipeline (3) so as to provide hot air flow for the material conveying and feeding device. By using excess heat that is generated by the engine of the combine harvester to perform auxiliary blowing and drying during the process of conveying and feeding a wet material, the feeding device may lower the temperature of the engine and reduce the effects of heat radiation and ageing that high temperatures have on surrounding devices, and may lower the water content of a wet agricultural material, thus preventing blockages produced because of moisture.

A controller implements a method of detecting the moisture content of clothes within the drum by obtaining the chamber and exhaust temperatures and the chamber humidity, estimating the moisture content using these values, and adjusting at least one operating parameter of the dryer appliance in response to the estimated moisture content of the clothes.

摘要： The invention relates to a garment sanitizing device (1, 31) comprising a housing (2), a chamber (4) within the housing to receive one or more garments (14) to be sanitized. The chamber (4) comprises a bottom wall, a top wall, and opposite first and second sides each extending from the bottom wall to the top wall. The housing contains a fan (6) and one or more heating elements (10). The at least one heating element is configured to directly heat garments within the chamber by radiation, and the fan is configured to convey air via the at least one heating element to heat the air and to convey the heated air through the chamber to additionally heat the garments by the conveyed heated air. The at least one heating element (10) is disposed proximate the first side of the chamber to heat garments (14) within the chamber from the first side of the chamber by radiation, and the garment sanitizing device is configured such that hot air heated by the at least one heating element is conveyed into the chamber from the second side of the chamber. The invention also relates to a corresponding method of sanitizing a garment.
