The compound according to the present invention is a photoactive compound containing both an oxime ester group and a triazine group in one molecule, has excellent radical-generating efficiency due to effective absorption of UV radiation, particularly i-line (365 nm) radiation and can function as an effective initiator for photopolymerization of various compounds containing unsaturated groups, particularly an acryl compound.

摘要： The present invention relates to a photosensitive composition comprising a triazine-based photoactive compound containing oxime ester. The photosensitive composition according to the present invention has good sensitivity, retention rate, mechanical strength, heat resistance, chemical resistance and developing durability since it contains, as photopolymerization initiator, a compound having an oxime ester group and a triazine group in one molecule and thus effectively absorbs UV radiation. Therefore, the photosensitive composition according to the present invention is advantageous not only in curing of materials for color filters, resin black matrixes, column spacers, overcoats and passivation films of liquid crystal displays, but also in high temperature process characteristics.

摘要： The invention provides a method for patterning coatings which includes the steps of: a) applying coatings onto a flat plate; b) allowing the coatings applied to the flat plate to contact with protrusions of a substrate so as to transfer portions of the coatings on the flat plate which contact with the protrusions of the substrate to the protrusions of the substrate from the flat plate, the substrate having unevenness formed with the protrusions and grooves; and c) allowing the coatings remaining on the flat plate or on the protrusions of the substrate to contact with a print surface of a print object so as to transfer the coatings to the print object. The method has simple processes, and ensures high precision and high speed in patterning functional materials, preferalby, electronic materials.

At least one of the first liquid composed of electrolyte and the second liquid composed of insulating liquid contains a surfactant for reducing interfacial energy between the first and second liquids. An interfacial portion between the first and second liquids is gathered by surfactant to reduce driving voltage. The variable focus liquid lens according to the invention has about 50% lower driving voltage required for changing focus, ensuring stability of the two fluids.

Since the laminated low pass filter is simply implemented by use of the transmission line and capacitors formed on the dielectric block having a multilayer structure, it can have a miniature size while exhibiting improved insertion loss characteristics, as compared to conventional laminated low pass filters implemented by use of concentrated constant elements.
