摘要： A method for forming an overmolded container by covering a hollow inner bottle made of resin with an injection of a molten resin which forms an outer. The method comprises steps of setting the inner bottle in a mold with a space therebetween for forming the outer and circulating a pressurized gas into and out of a hollow space of the inner bottle through an upper opening thereof. The pressurized gas is supplied through a first path which opens toward an inner wall of the inner bottle and discharged out of the inner bottle through a second path. The pressurized gas supplied into and discharged out of the inner bottle is adjusted in pressure while the molten resin is being injected to the mold.

The container includes a plurality of body portions, each of which having a hollow portion for containing contents, a plurality of twistable head portions formed at one end of each of the body portions, a plurality of neck portions, each of which can be broken off by twisting of the head portion, creating an opening for extruding the contents from the hollow portion and is located between the body portion and the head portion, and a plurality of sealing portions formed at the other end of each of said body portions. Each of the sealing portions are breakably connected to the adjacent sealing portions, and at least one of the head portions and the neck portions are breakably connected to each other.

摘要： A tube container has an outer tube formed with an extruding mouth at one end and two inner tubes each formed with an extruding mouth at one end. The inner tubes are inserted into the outer tube, and the extruding mouths of the two inner tubes are secured to the extruding mouth of the outer tube, respectively, while the other ends of the two inner tubes and the other end of the outer tube are pressed and welded together to form a hermetically sealed portion. The outer tube has a transverse cross section taking the form of an ellipse or a closed running track shape, namely a shape combining two semicircles with two straight lines. The inner tubes are arranged in the outer tube in the direction of major axis of the transverse cross section of the outer tube. The other ends of the two inner tubes and the other end of the outer tube are pressed in the minor axis of the transverse cross section and welded together, wherein the respective hermetically sealed portions of the two inner tubes have a length more than half of the hermetically sealed portion of the outer tube, and a part of one inner tube and a part of the other inner tube lie one upon the other.
