A method for shipping hygroscopic products is also described, where the method includes loading the hygroscopic products into an ISO shipping container, sealing the ISO shipping container, covering a roof of the ISO shipping container with a reflective material by pushing the ISO shipping container under a roller rolling out the reflective material onto the ISO shipping container, adhering the reflective material to the ISO shipping container with an adhesive, transporting the ISO shipping container to a destination, removing the reflective material from the ISO shipping container, unsealing the ISO shipping container, unloading the hygroscopic products from the ISO shipping container, and providing to the recipient of the hygroscopic products with the physical and chemical time series of the measurements captured during the storage and the transport of the ISO shipping container.

摘要： Methods are described that perform a dispatched consumer-to-store return or swap logistics operation for an item being replaced using a modular autonomous bot apparatus assembly and a dispatch server. The method begins with receiving a return operation dispatch command that includes identifier information, transport parameters, and designated pickup information for the item being replaced/returned, along with authentication information related to an authorized supplier of the item being replaced. Modular components of the bot apparatus are verified to be compatible with the dispatched logistics operation. The MAM then autonomously causes the bot apparatus to move to the designated pickup location, notifies the authorized supplier of an approaching pickup, receives supplier authorization input to permissively allow access to a payload area within the bot apparatus, monitors loading as the item being replaced is received along with return documentation, and then autonomously causes movement of the bot apparatus back to the origin location.

摘要： A molded container assembly includes a pallet, a molded container, and a plurality of connection systems. The pallet supports the molded container thereon and includes stacking alignment structure for stacking the pallet on another molded container assembly. The molded container includes a tank portion, several leg supports, several buttresses, and several horizontally extending ribs. The tank portion includes several curved sidewalls and a fill opening. The leg supports include lower and upper sections that extend above the fill opening for spacing a pallet stacked on top of the molded container above the fill opening. The upper sections include pallet engaging structure for engaging pallets of at least two different types. The horizontally extending ribs minimize outward deflection due to hydrostatic loading and/or pressurization. The connection systems include washers that allow for shrinkage and expansion between the molded container and the pallet in a number of directions.

摘要： This invention relates to inner-plies for bulk-bags that surprisingly offer not only high thermal resistance, but also high flex-crack resistance. This invention also relates to such bulk-bags made for packaging of flowable materials, aseptic or otherwise, and the process for improving their flex-crack and thermal resistance. Preferably, the packaging is aseptic. More specifically, the inner-ply of the invention comprises a resin blend comprising the Exceed® XP resin; an LDPE resin or an ethylene—α-olefin copolymer (EAO copolymer); or a blend of said LDPE resin and said EAO copolymer, with flex-crack resistance improved in both machine direction and transverse direction, in conjunction with an improved thermal resistance. Thus, in addition to possessing good flex-crack resistance, the bulk-bags can withstand steam sterilization and/or aseptic packaging conditions.
