摘要： In polymerizing hexafluoropropene oxide (HFPO) into a fluorinated polyether, a liquefied gas of fluorocarbon having 1 to 4 carbon atoms is added to a reactor. HFPO is polymerized in the reactor while maintaining a gas phase in the reactor under a pressure lower than the vapor pressure of the liquefied gas and allowing the liquefied gas to evaporate from the polymerization system. Heat of polymerization can be efficiently removed from the HFPO polymerization system of high viscosity, and the polymerization temperature is kept low.

摘要： A room temperature curable fluorine-containing organopolysiloxane composition comprising:(A) a fluorine-containing organosilicon compound having the general formula (1):R.sup.2 --NHCO--[Rf--CONH--R.sup.1 --Q--R.sup.1 --NHCO].sub.a --Rf--CONH--R.sup.2 (1) wherein a is an integer of 0 or more, Rf is a divalent perfluoroalkylene group or a divalent perfluoropolyether group, R.sup.1 is a divalent hydrocarbon group, R.sup.2 is a monovalent aliphatic unsaturated group-containing hydrocarbon group, and Q is a divalent siloxane group(B) a hydrogenorganopolysiloxane containing at least two Si--H groups in its molecule, and(C) a platinum family metal catalyst. The cured product of this composition exhibits good solvent resistance against non-polar solvents as well as polar solvents, in addition to good chemical resistance, heat resistance, release properties and water repellency.

The organic silicon compounds of this invention are extremely useful as raw material of rubber cured products with high strength and a superior transparency.

This composition upon curing gives a rubberlike elastic product excellent in solvent resistance, chemical resistance, water repellency, and oil repellency and low in moisture permeability.

摘要： Disclosed is an organosiloxane polymer-based composition curable by the mechanism of the hydrosilation reaction between silicon-bonded vinyl groups in a vinylsilyl-terminated perfluoropolyalkylene or perfluoropolyalkylene polyether compound and silicon-bonded hydrogen atoms in a hydrosilyl-terminated perfluoropolyalkylene or perfluoropolyalkylene polyether compound as promoted by a catalyst. Different from conventional platinum compounds as the catalyst for the hydrosilation reaction, the catalyst in the inventive composition is a complex compound of rhodium such as tris(triphenylphosphine) rhodium chloride, rhodium acetate dimer and rhodium acetylacetonate so that the composition is imparted with greatly improved storage stability without viscosity increase over months at room temperature but without affectibg the curability at an elevated temperature.

摘要： A room temperature curable fluoropolymer composition is provided which comprises (A) a straight chain fluoropolymer compound containing, in its backbone chain, at least one structure selected from a perfluoroalkylene structure and a perfluoropolyether structure and having a hydrolyzable silyl group at both ends of its molecular chain, (B) an organic compound having at least one carbonyl group per molecule, and (C) one compound selected from (C-1) an organic compound having at least one primary amino group per molecule and (C-2) a compound having at least one proton per molecule and having an acid dissociation constant (pKa) in water of 2 or less. Another room temperature curable composition is also provided which comprises said (A) component, (B') an organosilicon compound having at least two silanol groups per molecule, and (C') a condensation accelerator. These compositions are not only excellent in heat resistance, weatherability, electrical properties, processability, chemical resistance, solvent resistance and oil repellant properties, but also excellent in fast curability and deep-portion curability. A novel compound which is suitable as said fluoropolymer compound (A) is further provided.
