    • An in-vehicle equipment control device includes a force sense imparting type input device mounted on a steering of a vehicle, for remotely operating an in-vehicle equipment mounted on the vehicle according to a predetermined operation route while imparting a force sense, a storage unit for storing an operation route data to conduct an input operation of the force sense imparting type input device with a predetermined operation route, and a control unit for conducting an arithmetic process to transform the predetermined operation route of the force sense imparting type input device based on a rotation angle detection signal which is output in accordance with the rotation of the steering of the vehicle and the operation route data stored in the storage unit, to impart the force sense to the force sense imparting type input device based on a result of the arithmetic process.

    • An on-vehicle manipulating system includes a manipulating device having a housing, a first side pushbutton switch disposed at one side of the housing, a second side pushbutton switch disposed at the other side of the housing and an additional switch disposed at a prescribed portion of the housing and a control unit for setting a first function to one of the first and second pushbutton switches and a second function to the other pushbutton switch.     • An input device includes an operating member, a restoring force generating part for automatically returning the operating member to a stationary position, a detector for detecting an operation state of the operating member, an actuator for applying an external force to the operating member and a controller for controlling the actuator. The operating member is displaceable in directions along a XY plane including an X axis and a Y axis and rotatable about a Z axis. The actuator includes a first magnet, a second magnet and an electromagnet having a core and a coil. One of the electromagnet and the first and second magnets is integrated with the operating member.
