摘要： A high-temperature oxide superconductor is provided and comprises oxide crystals oriented in a certain direction, the oxide superconductor being substantially free of or containing a controlled amount of foreign phases, a non-superconducting phase and weak superconducting phase which are harmful for superconducting characteristics in the grains of the crystals and at the grain boundaries between the crystals. The foreign phases, if any, are finely and uniformly dispersed in the grains of the oxide crystals and at the grain boundaries. A wire made from the oxide superconductor, a coil from the wire, and a magnetic field generator from the coil are disclosed, the superconductor wire having only a single layer of oxide crystal grains in the thickness direction.

Steps of inputting data for the contents in the second information processing apparatus and transmitting the input data and the identifier from the second information apparatus to the first information apparatus can also be included in the method. Further, the method can also include authenticating legitimacy of the input data and invalidating the stored identifier if the received identifier matches the identifier in the storage unit in the first information processing apparatus.

摘要： A disk cassette loading mechanism for a disk driving apparatus, capable of preventing the accidental removal of a disk cassette from the disk driving apparatus. The disk cassette loading mechanism comprises a first operating member which engages a disk cassette inserted in the disk driving apparatus upon the arrival of the disk cassette at a predetermined position and remains engaging the disk cassette until the disk cassette becomes ready to be ejected, a second operating member which is turned resiliently in a cassette loading direction after the first operating member has engaged the disk cassette to load the disk cassette, and a third operating member which comes into engagement with the first operating means to turn the first operating member so that the first operating member is disengaged from the disk cassette when the disk cassette is moved to an ejecting position where the disk cassette is ready to be ejected without interfering with any mechanism of the disk driving apparatus by operating the sliding plate of the disk driving apparatus for cassette ejecting operation. Thus, the disk cassette loading mechanism prevents the accidental removal of the disk cassette from the disk driving apparatus.

摘要： A recording/reproducing device including a cam which permits a cartridge holder to descend and assume a loaded state, a lock for locking the cam so as to hold the cartridge holder in the lock state before loading, and a detector for detecting that a disc cartridge has been inserted up to a predetermined position in the cartridge holder. The locked state of the cam is released upon detection of proper insertion of the cartridge, thereby allowing the cartridge holder to descend until it assumes the loaded state. Unless the disc cartridge is inserted in the predetermined position in the cartridge holder, the cartridge holder cannot assume the loaded state, thus permitting the recording/reproducing device to be used always in a normal condition.

摘要： An automatic tuning apparatus, such as an automatic channel selector as incorporated in a television receiver, comprising a tuner using a voltage controlled variable capacitance diode such that the variable capacitance thereof constitutes a portion of a tuning circuit of the tuner for changing the tuning frequency thereof, and a solid state electrochemical potential memory device, an output voltage of which is applied to the capacitance diode in a reverse direction, which memory device is controlled so as to be charged or discharged in response to selective manual operation until an increased or decreased terminal voltage thereof decreases or increases, respectively the capacitance across the diode and thus increases or decreases, respectively the tuning frequency of the tuner and a particular frequency is tuned.
