    • A polarized electromagnetic relay has a base body, an armature, an envelope that comprises insulating material, a coil, a core and a bar-shaped magnet. The spring arms exhibit a contact making part and a part that is embedded in the envelope, respectively. The part that is embedded in the envelope merges into the connecting web.

    • Electromagnetic, monostable, small relay has a rocker armature arranged between a base plate and a coil, the armature being mounted with its middle segment at the end of an L-shaped yoke, and forming a working air gap with a second yoke. A resetting spring is connected with the armature and prestresses the armature into a rest position on the first yoke. For stabilization of the construction, and for separation between a contact chamber and a coil chamber, a base body is provided with an H-shaped cross-section, which overlaps the base plate in an interleaving manner, and which forms supports for the terminal pins of the base plate on both sides of the armature. In this way, a monostable relay is created, which can have any of conventional soldering pin terminals, SMT terminals, or press-fit terminals.

    • A relay comprises a spool with flanges (2, 3), an angular yoke (7) and an angular armature (9) positioned in front of the free end of the yoke (7). A contact element (8) attached to the free end of the yoke is provided for contacting of the relay spring (10c), which is connected with said armature. During the assembly process an armature assembly including an armature (9), connecting element (8) and leaf spring (10) is preassembled and subsequently mounted as a single unit onto the yoke (7). Since all connecting elements are connected with the spool or with the yoke, additional soldering to the base is not required. This physical configuration enables a fully automatic production of the relay.

    • An electromagnetic relay has a coil body with a core yoke formed from flat stock with a core leg extending through the coil body. A yoke leg, also formed from the same piece of flat stock, is disposed over or next to the coil in a plane which is at a right angle relative to the plane of the core leg. An armature is disposed at the free end of the yoke leg, forming a working air gap with the free end of the yoke leg and being mounted for movement on a leaf spring pivotable about a bearing location. The free end of the armature forms the contact spring which cooperates with a stationary contact element. A connection element functioning as a terminal is also integrally formed from the same piece of flat stock. Additional coil connection elements are secured in the coil body by being plugged therein. The relay assembly is mounted on a base which forms a portion of the housing in combination with a cap placed over the base covering the assembly.
