Among a plurality of functional sections which constitute a servo circuit connected to the servomotor, at least one functional section (e.g., a safety circuit section, etc.) selected as a functional section having a higher degree of importance is constituted by a hardware circuit section realized without use of software; and the remaining functional section or sections are constituted by a software circuit section realized by making use of software.

Then, a resin is injected into the gate and a crystalline laser beam transmitting member is molded out of the injected resin using the metal mold.

The peripheral edge of the contact parts is formed with a peripheral edge path (330) to be filled with a molten resin. In the peripheral edge path (330), protrusions (316, 326) are projected from the division members (31, 32) continuously over the whole periphery of the peripheral edge path (330). The molten resin is filled in the peripheral edge path 330, and is welded with the protrusions (316, 326). As a result, a weld structure is obtained in which portions having a high welding strength are continuously formed over the whole periphery of the peripheral edge path (330).

The housing is disposed in the passage member such that a passage of the housing is in communication with the fluid passage of the passage member. The shaft member is disposed to pass through the passage member and the tubular portion of the valve member in a direction perpendicular to an axis of the fluid passage of the passage member. The shaft member is disposed such that a portion of the shaft member located inside of the tubular portion retains an elastic force against an inner wall of the tubular portion.
