摘要： An injection apparatus includes a pressure accumulating portion connected to an operation chamber of an injection cylinder. A control unit controls the speed at which the injection cylinder moves and is connected to a rod of the injection cylinder. The control unit includes a rotary shaft that follows the movement of the rod and is capable of moving in the same direction as the rod, a conversion mechanism that converts the linear motion of the rod into the rotation of the rotary shaft, and a rotation member coupled to the rotary shaft. The control unit further includes a resistance generating member that generates a frictional resistance by coming into sliding contact with the rotation member, an actuating member that is moved by an electric drive source, and a movement mechanism that follows the movement of the actuating member and moves the resistance generating member relative to the rotation member.

摘要： In a reciprocating (RS) injection unit environment, as shown in FIG. 1, a controller of the injection unit is arranged to continuously rotate the screw during both conventional plasticizing operation and shot injection. In this way the RS unit is more efficient, utilizing less energy and producing greater resin output. The injection unit includes a non-return valve adjacent a nozzle, which non-return valve is either configured to rotate with the screw to reduce wear or presented as a ball check style noon-return valve. In an injection molding environment, the rotating screw includes flights that allow granules of resin to melt and mix in spaces between adjacent flights, but the flights are arranged substantially to inhibit excessive displacement of resin around the flights.

摘要： In a conventionally used injection molding apparatus, undried resin pellet is put in a drier of a predetermined temperature and water and gas in the undried resin pellet is completely removed, and the dried pellet deprived of water and gas is thrown into the injection molding apparatus. It is therefore necessary to carefully control quality of water and gas of pellet before pellet is thrown into the injection molding apparatus. In injection molding of undried resin pellet, evaluate injected resin, control operation conditions such as the feeding amount of pellet and the decompression degree, and determine the best operation conditions and the best accumulation amount wherein excellent articles are obtained. The accumulation amount of pellet fed in an injection molding chamber is detected, and feeding to the injection molding chamber is controlled upon the detection information. In the process of melting of the injection molding chamber, water and gas vaporized from pellet is discharged to the atmosphere under decompression.
