摘要： A process for the preparation of L-aspartyl-(O-sulfato-L-tyrosyl)-L-methionyl-glycyl-L-tryptophyl-L-methionyl-L-aspartyl-L-phenylalanine amide, which comprises treating the protected octapeptide amide of the general formula (II) ##STR1## wherein X is BOC, Cbz or Ddz,Y is O.sup.t Bu, OBzl or OH andW is O.sup.t Bu, OBzl or OH,in the presence of an ether with an excess of the complex compound of sulfur trioxide and a tertiary amine containing at least one alkyl group, converting the obtained sulfate ester of the protected octapeptide amide into an alkali metal salt and simultaneously removing the formyl group from the tryptophan unit by reacting the sulfate ester with an alkali metal hydroxide, and then splitting off the remaining protective groups by acidolysis.

摘要： A pair of truss brackets are secured to the roof of an underground passage adjacent to opposing ribs of the passage. The truss brackets each include a roof engaging surface and a truss supporting arm member extending from the roof engaging surface. A pair of U-bolts are supported by the arm members of the truss brackets. Each arm member extends horizontally from the truss bracket to an enlarged end portion of the arm member. The U-bolt is horizontally movable in a vertically hanging position on the arm member and is restrained by the enlarged end portion from disengagement from the arm member. The U-bolts are pivoted on the truss brackets to a horizontal position for connection to truss members which are connected to each other and tensioned to apply an uplifting force to the roof. As the truss members are connected and tensioned, the U-bolts are retained for a range of horizontal movement on the arm members to facilitate adjustments in the position of the U-bolts on the truss brackets.

摘要： The invention relates to a new process for obtaining tissue-protective devices of bone surgery implants prepared from a medical-purity metal, titanium and/or a titanium-base microalloy containing at least 98% by weight of titanium, by establishing a biocompatible (tissue-protective) coating on the metal surface by anodic oxidation after degreasing and chemical or electrochemical etching, which comprises carrying out the anodic oxidation of the etched implant surfaces in an aqueous solution of a phosphate concentration lower than 20% by weight with a current density of 2 to 50 mA/cm.sup.2 until reaching a voltage of at least 105 V, then, after washing to ion-free, heat-treating the thus-oxidized implants at a temperature between 120.degree. C. and 750.degree. C. for 5 to 120 minutes, and repeating once or twice the anodic oxidation and heat-treatment with the phosphate concentration, current density and temperature values as given above for the first step.
