摘要： A variable speed tape transport apparatus for a tape cassette wherein the tape is driven at a selected one of plural predetermined speeds. The cassette includes speed indications thereon, each indication representing a respective normal tape speed. These indications are sensed by a sensor which, in turn, controls a control circuit for the tape drive motor such that the tape is selectively driven at a normal relatively lower speed or at a normal relatively higher speed. In addition, a selector mechanism, such as a fast-forward or rewind mechanism, is provided to enable the tape to be driven at a fast speed, this fast speed being at least equal to the relatively higher normal speed.In one embodiment, a tape cassette to be driven at the relatively lower normal speed can be selectively driven at a first higher speed, equal to the relatively higher normal speed, and at a second even higher speed. In this embodiment, a cassette to be driven at the relatively higher normal speed can be selectively driven at the second higher speed.

摘要： Disclosed is a method of removing resist preventing increase of dielectric constant of low permittivity insulating films and preventing remains of resist. Using a resist mask, a protection insulating film, a MSQ film, and a silicon oxide film composing an ILD are RIE dry etched sequentially, and a via is formed on the surface of a substrate for processing reaching the diffusion layer on the substrate for processing. Subsequent process consists of; removing a modified layer formed on the substrate for processing surface because of prior etching using plasma gas by plasma excitation of NH3 gas, and another etching for complete removal of the resist mask by irradiation of hydrogen active species created by hydrogen gas and inert gas, of which example is helium gas or argon gas.

摘要： After applying a film-forming composition containing a polysiloxane, a pore-forming agent, an onium salt, and a solvent onto a semiconductor substrate, the solvent is evaporated from the film-forming composition in a first heat treatment. Then, a second heat treatment is carried out in an inert-gas atmosphere to promote the polymerization of the polysiloxane and thus form a polysiloxane resin film. Thereafter, a third heat treatment is carried out in an oxidizing-gas ambient to form pores in the polysiloxane resin film.

摘要： A control method with variable feedback gain for energization of an electro-magnetically driven intake/exhaust valve of an internal combustion engine increases opening and closing speeds of the intake/exhaust valve driven with electromagnets having small capacity and brings the final speed of the opening and closing action of the valve close to zero. A target moving speed of the armature relative to the electromagnets is determined dependent upon a spacing distance of the armature from the electromagnet; at least a part of energization of the electro-magnetically driven valve is controlled through feedforward control so as to make an actual moving speed of the armature relative to the electromagnets in conformity with the target moving speed while at least the other part of the energization is controlled through feedback control based upon a deviation of the actual moving speed from the target moving speed.
