    • Disclosed is a polyester conjugated yarn, including two types of polymers having a large intrinsic viscosity difference subjected to bi-component spinning so as to be longitudinally arranged in a side-by-side sectional structure, in which the twp types of polymers are polyethyleneterephthalate having intrinsic viscosity of 0.45-0.65 as a first polymer and polytrimethyleneterephthalate having intrinsic viscosity of 0.90-1.10 as a second polymer. The polyester conjugated yarn is advantageous in terms of superior spinnability and high uniformity index. In addition, the polyester conjugated yarn can exhibit high self-crimping properties through relaxation-heat treatment of the dyeing and finishing process, and as well, can be applied to manufacture woven/knit fabrics having softness to the touch, beautiful colors, and high drapery and bulk properties, due to inherent characteristics of polytrimentyleneterephthalate.

    • A method for forming CNT multilayer film patterns, which comprises repeatedly attaching CNTs having exposed carboxyl groups onto a substrate having exposed amine groups by amide linkage, so as to form a CNT multilayer film, and then forming CNT multilayer film patterns from the CNT multilayer film by photolithography and dry etching. Also disclosed is a method for fabricating CNT multilayer film patterns where a variety of chemical functional groups are exposed, by thermally treating CNT multilayer film patterns obtained as provided in the preceding sentence, to obtain CNT multilayer film patterns devoid of surface defect sites, followed by physically attaching either surfactants or chemical substances having sites capable of π-stacking, to the CNT multilayer film patterns devoid of defect sites. Such methodology allows fabrication of clear CNT multilayer film patterns in which CNTs are attached only at selected regions, resolving prior art issues of CNTs being attached also at non-selected regions. CNT multilayer film patterns having chemical functional groups physically attached thereto and exposed to the surface, are useful in the fabrication of biosensors.

    • Disclosed herein is a photoresist composition which includes a norbomene copolymer having an epoxy group, an acid generator, and an organic solvent. The norbomene polymer shows superior mechanical and thermal properties, high transparency, excellent insulating properties, and particularly, improved mechanical properties due to the presence of an epoxy group. The photosensitive resin composition shows superior performance, e.g., transparence, developing properties, residual film characteristics, chemical resistance, heat resistance, and flatness. Particularly, since the photosensitive resin composition enables easy formation of a pattern as an interlayer insulating film and shows a high light transmittance even when being formed into a thin film with a relatively large thickness, it is suitable for the production of an interlayer insulating film used in the fabrication processes of LCDs.
