摘要： The invention relates to an aqueous disperse dye or optical brightener formulation which comprises(a) from 5 to 55 percent by weight, based on (a+c), of one or more finely divided dyes, optical brighteners or mixtures of these,(b) from 10 to 200 percent by weight, based on (a), of a water-soluble surfactant of the formula ##STR1## where X is from 0 to a mean value of 125, Y is from a mean value of 37 to a mean value of 250, but if X is >37, Y:X is at least 1:1, Z is 0 or 1 and Me.sym. is an alkali metal ion, or mixtures of such surfactants,(c) from 45 to 95 percent by weight, based on (a+c) of water or of a mixture of water and a water-retaining agent, with or without(d) further additives conventionally present in aqueous formulations.

C.sub.14 to C.sub.20 fatty acids; orF. natural resin acidswith from 2 to 80 moles of ethylene oxide per mole of OH or NH.sub.2 groups; or fromalkylenediamines of two to five carbon atoms with from 25 to 120 moles of propylene oxide and ethylene oxide per mole of NH.sub.2 groups. The formulations are stable in storage at 60.degree.C and remain devoid of dye agglomerates.

摘要： Highly concentrated, dust-free, solid and readily dispersible pigment formulations contain(a) from 70 to 95% by weight of one or more finely divided pigments,(b) from 5 to 30% by weight of one or more surfactants which possess 20-45% by weight of ethylene oxide units, have a mean molecular weight of from 4,000 to 15,000 and are obtained by reacting an amine of the formula ##STR1## where R is C.sub.2 -C.sub.6 -alkylene, R.sup.1 is H or C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 -alkyl and n is 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5, or R is 1,3-phenylene, 1,4-phenylene or 4,4'-diphenylenemethane, R.sup.1 is H and n is 1, with propylene oxide and then reacting the product with ethylene oxide, and(c) from 0 to 5% by weight of waxes and/or antifoams, with or without(d) other agents conventionally used in pigment formulations, the percentages being based on (a+b+c).The formulations are very useful for pigmenting aqueous, alcoholic or aqueous/alcoholic printing inks and surface coatings, and printing pastes for textiles.

摘要： The invention seeks to provide a free-flowing formulation of one or more disperse dyes, with which packages can be dyed homogeneously by the HT process without filtering out of the dye, and which is suitable for the thermosol dyeing process. According to the invention such a formulation comprises one or more disperse dyes (a) enclosed in a matrix of one or more polymers (b) which are soluble, or colloidally soluble, both in water and in an organic solvent, in the form of a solid solution in a state of molecular dispersion or of extremely fine subdivision so that in an X-ray spectrum the dye appears amorphous.The formulations may contain additional assistants conventionally present when dyeing hydrophobic fibers. The formulations contain the disperse dye in an extremely fine state of subdivision. Because of the latter, the formulations give level package dyeings, without filtration of the dye, and very level dyeings when used by the thermofixing process.

摘要： Easily water-dispersible pulverulent formulations of disperse dyes are prepared by spray-drying a dye solution which comprises(a) one or more disperse dyes,(b) one or more water-soluble anionic dispersants,(c) from 0 to 20% by weight, based on (a+b+c+d), of other surfactants and(d) from 0 to 20% by weight, based on (a+b+c+d) of agents which serve as protective colloids (the proportion of (c+d) being at most 20% by weight).Suitable solvents (e) are formic acid, formamide, N-methylformamide, butyrolactone, ethylene glycol and propylene glycol, which may in addition contain up to 100% by weight, based on (e), of N,N-dimethylformamide or acetic acid or mixtures of these. The formulations obtained by the above process contain the dye in very fine dispersion.
