The conveying surface is generated by a succession of substantially flat faces, each providing a seat shaped to accommodate a respective assembly and incorporated laterally into one of a series of rockers mounted so as to pivot between a first position, assumed along the rolling arc, in which the flat faces are directed toward the rolling surface, and a second position assumed when passing through successive infeed and outfeed stations, in which the flat faces are directed away from the rolling surface.

摘要： Cigarette sticks are transferred from a cigarette maker to a filter tip attachment by a unit that includes a conveying roller made to rotate in a first feed direction and furnished with channels aligned on a second direction transverse to the first direction. Each channel accommodates a single stick, directed onto the conveying roller by way of an impeller device, and presents two longitudinal areas designed to make contact progressively with corresponding longitudinal areas of the stick as it advances into the channel, the effect being to create a chamber between the stick and the part of the channel lying between the two longitudinal areas of contact, which is connected to a source of negative pressure.

The unwinding spindle is integrated with the store and forms its end on the output side. Advantageously, the store consists of a supporting bar on which the cores of the reels are threaded and whose front free end carries the spindle coaxially.
