摘要： The electrohydraulic directional control valve system includes a preliminary directional control valve and a main control valve, the latter having a control spool which is normally brought into its neutral or blocking position by means of two springs arranged in pressure chambers at respective ends of the control spool. The preliminary control valve has a sliding spool which at one end is urged by a spring into an additional safety position in which the pressure chambers of the main control valve are interconnected and pressure relieved, and the intake of the pressure fluid is blocked. A single proportionally operating solenoid counteracts the spring at the other end of the control spool of the preliminary control valve.

A tubular filter that encompasses the piston is attached to the sleeve and constitutes a captive retainer, which secures the piston in a captive fashion in the sleeve. In order to reduce an axial mobility of a sealing ring that seals the piston in the pump housing, the invention proposes attaching the filter, which limits the axial mobility of the sealing ring, to the sleeve in an axially mobile fashion.

A cuff with a U-shaped annular cross section is provided, the cuff is inserted into the pump bore surrounding the piston, an outer lip forms a diaphragm, which rests against a wall of the pump bore and is acted upon on its outside with ambient pressure through a venting bore. The cuff is part of a fluid storage element, which makes an additional fluid volume available to the piston pump. The diaphragm acted upon by ambient pressure creates a pumping effect, if a fluid pressure in the fluid storage element drops below ambient pressure in an intake stroke of the piston.

Attenuation elements, each formed with a deflecting surface positioned to be impinged by the pressurized fluid escaping into the respective pressure-relief chamber, dampens the acceleration of the spool slide and slows the movement of the latter towards the respective operative positions.

摘要： The invention relates to a piston pump for a slip-controlled hydraulic vehicle brake system. To make a piston of the piston pump easy and inexpensive to manufacture, the invention proposes that the piston be comprised of a sleeve-like shaped part and a valve seat part that is made of plastic and is press-fitted into the shaped part. A high-pressure-side sealing lip is formed onto the valve seat part and is of one piece with it. By means of a tubular support body, a restoring spring is supported on the valve seat part spaced apart from a valve seat of the valve seat part and spaced apart from the sealing lip, which prevents the valve seat and the sealing lip from being impaired by the force of the restoring spring.
