摘要： The present invention is directed to a water-based printing ink or coating composition comprising an acrylic resin emulsion and an epoxy ester resin dispersion. The present invention also provides a process for preparing the printing ink or coating composition comprising forming an emulsion of an acrylic resin having the general formula I by copolymerizing monomers in water, forming an epoxy ester resin dispersion by adding the epoxy ester resin to a solvent and combining the acrylic resin emulsion and the epoxy resin ester dispersion to provide the composition. Finally the present invention provides a process for preparing an article with a coating or an ink printed thereon which comprises applying the ink or coating composition to a surface of an article and drying the composition. The compositions exhibit a high degree of alkali resistance, acid resistance and/or water softener resistance.

摘要： Appearance-changing indicators are provided that include a substrate having two or more portions configured to undergo one or more visible color changes when exposed to one or more transition temperatures to reveal one or more markings. A conventional ink is printed onto the substrate to form a first marking. A first thermochromic ink is printed onto the substrate to form a second marking adjacent to and at least partially surrounding the first marking and is further printed onto the substrate to form a third marking. The first marking is embedded within the second marking to disguise the first marking without substantially overlapping the first marking, such that the first marking becomes visible when a first transition temperature is reached or exceeded. Also disclosed are methods of fabricating such appearance-changing indicators.

The system also has a workflow engine for coordinating the processing of the electronic bill and for updating the bill information in response to processing.

The TSSI system may also determine whether client eligibility for a service subscription is current or has lapsed. In doing so, the integrated service subscription may be adjusted to remove ineligible service subscriptions and re-prioritize remaining service features. The TSSI system may monitor usage of an integrated service subscription and recommend additional, or alternative, service subscriptions. The TSSI system may parse through client usage data to determine a suitability score for individual service features, and in doing so, recommend an additional, or alternative, service subscription based on suitability scores.

摘要： A system and method for implementing an insurance plan to coordinate an adjudication of a submitted claim corresponding to the plan. The plan includes a people model and a benefit model, such as hierarchical trees combined by a plurality of policies. The system and method comprise assigning a first predefined inheritance of global attributes to coupled elements of the people tree and assigning a second predefined inheritance of global attributes to coupled elements of the benefits tree. The system and method also assigning a local administration rule for at least one local attribute of the trees, the assignment between a selected people element of the people tree and a selected benefit element of the benefits tree. The local administration rule overrides the corresponding global attributes of the selected elements, such that resolution of the global attributes with the local attributes for the selected elements provides a rule set for adjudication of the submitted claim.
