摘要： A novel disinfectant is disclosed. Said disinfectant is a compound 1,n-bis(N.sup.5 -m-, or p-trifluoromethyl-phenyl-N.sup.1 -biguanido)-C.sub.3 -C.sub.10 -alkane. The m-trifluoro-C.sub.6 derivative is a known compound. The compounds of the present invention exhibit germicidal effect against Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Proteus vulgaris and Alcaligenes faecalis at concentrations of 1/4-1/8 of the effective concentration for chlorhexidine. Against other microorganisms, the compounds are effective at the same level as chlorhexidine.

摘要： A novel bis-biguanide compound suitable for use as a disinfectant has the following formula: ##STR1## where n is an integer from 2 to 10 inclusive. A pharmaceutically acceptable salt, particularly gluconate salt of the compound is also useful as a disinfectant. The bis-biguanide compound has germicidal activities comparable to those of widely used chlorhexidine with respect to width of antibacterial spectrum and is superior to chlorhexidine in immediate effectiveness. It exhibits excellent germicidal activities against Pyocyaneus bacilli, on which chlorhexidine has poor effect.

摘要： In this method, RH2ORH1SO2F is added to hydrofluoric acid so as to form a thick solution (hydrogen bonded complex), and the solution is directly supplied to a liquid phase reaction system in which an F2 gas is used. Alternatively, RH2ORH1SO2Cl is added to hydrofluoric acid so as to be converted into RH1ORH2SO2F by discharging HCl, and the RH1ORH2SO2F is directly supplied to a liquid phase reaction system in which an F2 gas is used. Consequently, fluorination can be carried out safely and a compound having an objective structure can be produced at low cost without causing isomerization or the like.

摘要： According to the method for producing bis(fluorosulfonyl)imide salt of the present invention, the method for producing fluorosulfate, and the method for producing bis(fluorosulfonyl)imide onium salt, first, an aqueous solution is prepared by dissolving a mixed liquid containing bis(fluorosulfonyl)imide and fluorosulfonic acid in water. Then, the aqueous solution is neutralized with an alkaline compound, producing bis(fluorosulfonyl)imide salt and fluorosulfate. In the methods, bis(fluorosulfonyl)imide salt, fluorosulfate, and bis(fluorosulfonyl)imide onium salt can be obtained safely and easily.

More specifically, the process for producing fluorine-containing compounds includes (1) promoting fluorination by dissolving the raw material compound in anhydrous hydrofluoric acid and introducing into a liquid-phase fluorination solvent, or (2) promoting fluorination by dissolving the raw material compound in a perfluoro compound having a plurality of polar groups in a molecule thereof and introducing into a liquid-phase fluorination solvent. According to these processes, a fluorination reaction can be carried out at high yield and without containing hardly any isomers while using a hydrocarbon compound as is for the raw material.
