The method comprises the steps of exposing a biological sample to a substrate for the activated protease, wherein the substrate comprises a detectable label linked to a cleavage sequence for the activated protease by C-terminal and N-terminal spacers that form a beta-sheet, and wherein the detectable label emits a first signal associated with the substrate and second signal associated with a cleaved product; and determining the generation of the activated protease by measuring the change in the first or second signal over time.

The battery module includes a plurality of battery cells; a plurality of cooling fin assemblies, each cooling fin assembly positioned between two battery cells, the cooling fin assemblies comprising at least one cooling fin and a foot on at least one side of the cooling fin assemblies, the foot having a bottom and interlocking profiles on each end, the interlocking profiles on adjacent feet of the cooling fin assemblies interlocking the feet and forming a surface; and a heat sink contacting the surface of the interlocked feet. A method of cooling a battery module is also described.

摘要： The invention relates to a method and a device for producing a toothbrush or part thereof by the two-component or multi-component injection-molding process. To produce in the brush body segments that are isolated from the rest of the brush body, a mold which comprises three hollow regions is used. Two of these hollow regions that are separate from one another serve for producing the segments and the other regions of the toothbrush from a first component. A third hollow region serves for distributing material to the segments that are isolated from one another and from the other regions, or the corresponding hollow region. The material remaining behind there is removed and sent for disposal. In a further step, connecting elements between the segments and/or the other regions are injection-molded from a second component.
