摘要： A main beam switching arrangement for a road vehicle has a lighting device switchable over main beam and dipped headlamps. A sensor device determines at least one ambient parameter, and a control unit with an activatable and deactivatable automatic function automatically switches over the lighting device as a function of the ambient parameter. An operator control unit generates switchover signals by an operator to manually bring about switching over the lighting device with priority. In each case, at least one change of state of the automatic function can be brought about by a first switchover signal for switching on continuous operation of the main beam that is not occurring at the time of signal generation. By way of a second switchover signal, continuous operation of the main beam, which is occurring at the time of signal generation, is switched off.

Herein, for example, warning start points are changed or multi-stage warnings are engineered depending upon urgency. The disadvantage of such an adaptive system can however reside therein, that the mechanistic detection of the condition of the operator using various sensor systems and the subsequent output to the operator or the operator assistant system is not always acceptable, which can irritate the vehicle operator or occupants. In order to increase the acceptance by the user of the warning information it is proposed that in the lead-up to a planned change in the mode and manner of the output of the warning information, communication is initiated with at least one of the users. In the framework of this communication a user can indicate his acceptance or declining with respect to the planned change.

摘要： An apparatus and method for dispensing a liquid stored in a container is provided. The apparatus has a housing defining an inner chamber for holding a quantity of a coolant fluid. The housing also has an outer chamber that surrounds the inner chamber. The two chambers are separated by a barrier. A pump located in the inner chamber pumps coolant fluid from the inner chamber into the outer chamber. The pumping action causes the coolant fluid to flow along a flow path up the outer chamber and over the barrier and back into the inner chamber as outer chamber fills. A refrigeration means is located in the flow path for cooling the coolant fluid. The coolant fluid flows over a fluid conduit received in the housing. The fluid conduit is received in the inlet and exits the housing through the outlet for delivering the liquid from the container through the housing to the exterior of the housing. The invention provides a portable apparatus that provides a cool and non-foamed beverage from a beverage container to a dispensing tap.
