摘要： A skin stretching tape includes a first sheet member formed of a non-stretchable material, and having a first backside surface with an adhesive compound applied thereto; and a second sheet member formed of a stretchable material in a band shape, and having a second backside surface with an adhesive compound applied thereto. The first sheet member is attached to the second backside surface at one end portion of the second sheet member. The second sheet member has a length in a longitudinal direction thereof greater than twice of that of the first sheet member. The first sheet member may have a circular shape. Further, the second sheet member may have the length in the longitudinal direction thereof three times to five times of that of the first sheet member.

The inner tubular portion includes a metal matrix composite formed of a compact impregnated with an Al—Si alloy wherein the compact is made of a reinforcing material. The outer tubular portion is formed of the Al—Si alloy. The Si concentration of the Al—Si alloy impregnated into the compact of the inner tubular portion is different from the Si concentration of the Al—Si alloy of the outer tubular portion.

摘要： A circuit module and a manufacturing method for the same, reduce a possibility that a defect area where an electrically conductive resin is not coated may occur in a shield layer. A mother board is prepared. A plurality of electronic components are mounted on a principal surface of the mother board. An insulator layer is arranged so as to cover the principal surface of the mother board and the electronic components. The insulator layer is cut such that grooves and projections are formed in and on the principal surface of the insulator layer and the insulator layer has a predetermined thickness H. An electrically conductive resin is coated on the principal surface of the insulator layer to form a shield layer. The mother board including the insulator layer and the shield layer both formed thereon is divided to obtain a plurality of circuit modules.

摘要： A metal composite material is obtained by casting a melt of a metal and has an outer surface on which aluminum borate particles maintained in a porous form are exposed. Therefore, an oil is allowed to infiltrate the aluminum borate particles on the outer surface, to be retained therein and to ooze out during sliding. As a consequence, the sliding life during which desired sliding properties are maintained can be significantly prolonged. The metal composite material may be produced from a preform obtained by sintering aluminum borate particles covered with electrically neutralized silica and alumina particles which have been formed by mixing a silica sol and an alumina sol with aluminum borate particles in an aqueous solution to cover aluminum borate particles.

The polymerizable spherical transition metal complex which is a spherical transition metal complex having a hollow shell, is characterized in that the hollow shell is formed from a transition metal atoms (wherein a represents an integer of 6 to 60), and 2a bidentate organic ligands, the bidentate organic ligands have a substituent having at least one or more polymerizable group moieties at an end thereof, and the substituents are oriented towards an interior of the hollow shell. The spherical transition metal complex is characterized in that the polymerizable groups are polymerized in the hollow shell of the polymerizable spherical transition metal complex. The production method thereof is also provided.

The titanium oxide 11 produced by the whisker reaction was bound to the surface of aluminum borate whisker 3, and the preform having high strength was obtained accordingly. Aluminum composite material 10 having excellent abrasion resistant property and high strength was obtained by impregnating aluminum alloy 6 to preform 1 for composite material.

摘要： A control apparatus of an internal combustion engine is able to effectively suppress vibration occurring upon acceleration of a motor vehicle due to an increase in the torque generated by the engine. The apparatus controls the ignition timing in accordance with variations in the acceleration of the motor vehicle, so as to variably control the torque generated by the engine. Upon the start of variable torque control, a controller controls the opening amount of the throttle valve to be larger than the opening amount originally determined depending upon the current operating conditions of the engine. As a result, the generated torque is allowed to be larger than the normally generated torque during variable torque control, and vibration upon acceleration can be effectively suppressed.
