摘要： A paint booth is provided with a booth body and a purifier. The purifier is provided with a water tank, water rope formation mechanism, sludge removal mechanism, exhaust mechanism, barrier member, inclined plate, and windshield plate. Water falling from nozzles of a water case forms water ropes. The inclined plate has a water receiving surface sloping forwardly down from the barrier member toward a water surface of the water tank. A lower end of the windshield plate is in contact with water in the water tank. An airflow reversal section is formed between a lower end of the inclined plate and the water surface. Air directed downward from an airflow inlet is turned upward at the airflow reversal section and directed to an exhaust chamber through air circulation sections.

摘要： A filtering apparatus has a filter tank, a conveyer having a scraper, a primary filter, and a cylindrical rotating secondary filter. The filter tank is divided into a first filter tank portion and a second filter tank portion by the primary filter. Sludge deposited at the bottom of the first filter tank portion is conveyed toward a sludge discharge portion by a first portion of the scraper. A liquid in the first filter tank portion is filtered by the primary filter and flows into the second filter tank portion. A liquid in the second filter tank portion is filtered by the secondary filter and supplied to a clean tank. The sludge adhering to the secondary filter is dropped onto the primary filter.

摘要： A drive shaft with direct-mounted sprockets is arranged in a chain drive unit. The drive shaft includes a shaft body, a pair of metal plate sprockets, and first padding portions and second padding portions formed of weld beads. The first padding portions are formed such that their positions are changed to alternate with each other in a circumferential direction of the shaft body.
