The system includes an inlet fluidly connectable with wastewater, a first stage filter assembly that is fluidly connectable with the inlet and has a rotary drum with a filter surface configured for radially inward fluid flow, a second stage filter assembly that is fluidly connectable with the first stage filter and has a plurality of filter discs configured for radially outward fluid flow, and an outlet fluidly connectable with filtrate generated by the second stage disc filter assembly.

摘要： Disclosed herein are disc filters for dewatering a fiber suspension. According to a first aspect, the disc filter includes a vessel comprising an inlet positioned in a wall of the vessel, the inlet introducing a fiber suspension into the vessel. The disc filter further includes a rotor shaft comprising a shaft axis of rotation positioned in a shaft plane, wherein the shaft plane is a horizontal plane. At least one filter element may be coupled to the rotor shaft. At least one injector may be positioned in the wall of the vessel, the at least one injector introducing a secondary flow of liquid into the vessel. The at least one injector may be located in the wall of the vessel at an injector elevation angle αI that is greater than −44 degrees and less than or equal to +22 degrees relative to the shaft plane.

摘要： An apparatus can be used to separate drill cuttings from drilling fluid. The apparatus includes a receptacle, a screen, acoustic transducers, and a collection pan. The receptacle is configured to receive a mixture of the drill cuttings and the drilling fluid. The receptacle is configured to distribute the mixture of the drill cuttings and the drilling fluid across a first end of the screen. The acoustic transducers are attached to the screen. The acoustic transducers are configured to generate acoustic vibrations in a range of frequencies. The generated acoustic vibrations facilitate travel of the mixture across the screen and cause the drill cuttings to separate as the mixture travels across the screen. The collection pan is positioned at a second end of the screen opposite the receptacle. The collection pan is configured to receive at least a portion of the drill cuttings that have traveled across the screen.

摘要： A seesaw-type feeding device for collecting solid materials suspended in a flow field includes a suspension assembly, a material collection assembly, a joint hinge, two anti-collision blocks and an escapement shaking assembly, wherein the latter three of which are located between the suspension assembly and the material collection assembly. The suspension assembly includes a V-shaped floating body and at least three fixed bottom anchors. The material collection assembly includes a collection pocket net, a material container, a delivery part, and an annular water discharging screen mesh. The escapement shaking assembly is located behind the V-shaped floating body and faces the material collection assembly. The material collection assembly is able to shake relatively to the fluid in the flow field, and the escapement shaking assembly drives the material collection assembly to shake.

The present disclosure provides a fiber discfilter including a groove forming means for forming a groove in a surface of a filter cloth, the fiber discfilter including: a filter unit configured such that a plurality of filter segments each having front and rear surfaces on which filter cloths each having a surface provided with bristles are installed is installed on an outer portion of a drum so that inflow water is filtered by being introduced into the filter segments while passing through the filter cloths; a cleaning means configured to remove foreign substances captured in the filter cloths; and a groove forming means disposed to be positioned at the periphery of the filter unit and having a plurality of protrusions configured to be inserted into the surface of the filter cloth and form grooves in the surface of the filter cloth when the filter unit rotates, such that foreign substances on the surface of the filter cloth and foreign substances in a deep part of the filter cloth are uniformly captured during a process of filtering the inflow water, and the foreign substances captured in the deep part of the filter cloth are exposed during a process of cleaning the filter cloth, such that the foreign substances captured in the deep part are smoothly removed.
