摘要： A system for processing a supply of post-consumer scrap linear low density or low density polyethylene film into near-virgin quality blown film product. The system includes tearing the supply of film in a shredder, wherein the surface area of the film is exposed, including delaminating the film. The torn supply of film is washed in a hot water bath including a surfactant. The film is agitated in the bath containing the surfactant wherein contaminants on the film are removed from the film. The washed film is ground into smaller pieces and additional washing of the ground film in a rotating friction washer occurs wherein additional contaminants are removed from the film. The ground film is then dried in a dryer and compacted in a compactor without addition of water into granulated objects of near-virgin quality blown film product.

摘要： A process for producing a biopolymer nanoparticles product is disclosed. In this process, biopolymer feedstock and a plasticizer are fed to a feed zone of an extruder having a screw configuration in which the feedstock is process using shear forces in the extruder, and a crosslinking agent is added to the extruder downstream of the feed zone. The biopolymer feedstock and plasticizer are preferably added separately to the feed zone. The screw configuration may include two or more steam seal sections. Shear forces in a first section of the extruder may be greater than shear forces in an adjacent second section of the extruder downstream of the first section. In a post reaction section located after a point in which the crosslinking reaction has been completed, water may be added to improve die performance.

摘要： The present invention relates to a method for producing an antimicrobial polyester fiber yarn containing volcanic ash, the method comprising the steps of: crushing and heating volcanic ash, and allowing the heated volcanic ash to collide under an air stream in an air classifier mill system to obtain volcanic ash powder; subjecting the volcanic ash powder to nano-milling to obtain nano-sized volcanic ash particles; disintegrating the volcanic ash particles to prepare nano volcanic ash; mixing the prepared nano volcanic ash with polyester for fiber use at a weight ratio of 10:90-30:70, followed by melt extrusion, thereby preparing a highly dispersed volcanic ash master batch; and mixing the volcanic ash master batch with polyester for fiber use at a weight ratio of 4:96-8:92, followed by spinning to produce an antimicrobial polyester fiber yarn.

摘要： An extrusion type compressive granulating apparatus is configured to produce granular excreta treating material that has an absorbing property and is formed by extruding and granulating a raw material via granulating holes formed in a table of the apparatus. A space rib is provided at a lower surface of the die table so as to form a gap below the granulating holes. A cutting blade is provided below the gap. The granulating holes each form a compression zone for compressing the raw material, and the gap forms a non-compression zone in which the compressed material swells before being cut by the cutting blade at the outlet of the non-compression zone.
