摘要： The invention discloses a multi-function soft wall, comprising a surface printing layer and a base material, the base material further including a top layer, and a second layer, a third layer and a bottom layer that are all foaming layers, wherein both the second layer and the third layer have a foaming ratio less than that of the bottom layer, and a fiber layer is disposed between the third layer and the bottom layer. The invention further provides a method of manufacturing a multi-function soft wall, comprising: sequentially coating a top layer, a second layer, a third layer, a fiber layer and a bottom layer on a release paper, respectively, and then obtaining a base material, and performing a foaming process with respect to the second layer, the third layer and the bottom layer, respectively, and performing a drying and cooling process after the coating step; and separating the base material from the release paper, and printing a surface printing layer on the top layer. The multi-function soft wall can release negative ions, and continuously eliminate various pollutions indoors.

摘要： A thermally insulated VIP sandwich shipper for a temperature sensitive payload is provided. The shipper comprises an outer shell, an inner shell and vacuum insulated panels sandwiched therebetween. The outer shell and the inner shell may be unitary rigid structures made of an expanded foam material and comprising a bottom having a perimeter and sides extending from the bottom perimeter and terminating in a rim. The inner shell rim may be spaced from the outer shell rim to define a gap, the gap being sealed to create an enclosed space within which the vacuum insulated panels are located. Each vacuum insulated panel may be oriented substantially orthogonally to at least one adjacent vacuum insulated panel and have an edge that abuts the adjacent vacuum insulated panels.

The core layer includes an inner surface molded to form and self-maintain an annular channel sized to receive an automobile steering wheel therein. The core layer also includes an outer surface and two opposing terminating edges. The steering wheel cover is devoid of an outer cover layer coupled to the core layer. Thus no adhesives or stitching are required. In particular embodiments, the core layer includes a first foamed material, such as but not limited to ethyl-vinyl acetate. The core layer may also include one or more protrusions extending from the outer surface of the core layer. The protrusions may include a second foamed material of a different hardness than the first foamed material. The core layer may also include ribs protruding from the inner surface of the annular channel and/or holes extending through the core layer.

摘要： The invention provides a corrugated mattress and method for making. The mattress comprises an corrugated foam core, a middle cushioning layer and outer cover layer. The corrugated foam core includes an upper substrate, a lower substrate and a fluted middle substrate the flutes fixed to the upper and lower substrates providing three-dimensional support for the user. The middle cushioning layer may comprise a second corrugated foam product, a cotton batting layer, densified polyester or foam including polyurethane, polyester, polypropylene or polylactic acid and the like. The outer cover layer may comprise cotton or laminated foam comprising, polyurethane, polyethylene, polyester, polypropylene, polylactic acid and the like, the laminate comprising a film independently selected from polyurethane, polyethylene, polyester, polypropylene or polylactic acid and the like. In various embodiments the polymers are food grade polymers such that the mattress is non-toxic.
