A corrugated sheet may be interposed between the panel of drywall material and the radiant barrier, the corrugated sheet forming pockets of air between the panel of drywall material and the corrugated sheet and between the radiant barrier and the corrugated sheet.

摘要： The invention describes a device and method for making corrugated products. The device can be used with any substrate and includes, at least, first and second drive rollers for driving a middle substrate and a single wall corrugated product. In other embodiments the invention includes upper drive rollers, lower drive rollers and middle drive rollers for driving an upper substrate, a lower substrate and a middle substrate. The middle substrate is driven between the upper and lower substrates at a higher velocity to form flutes that are anchored between the upper an lower substrates thereby forming a corrugated product. The invention also provides for customized corrugated products having multiple fluted substrates in various desirable arrangements. Examples of such products include mattress, partition panels, other furniture and construction products.

The wood laminate panel comprises an elongated body having a longitudinal axis and extending a length thereof, the body having an arcuate cross-section in a plane substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal axis and comprising first and second spaced apart edge surfaces extending along the length of the elongated body and each including a joint, the attachment joint having a shape that is complementary to that of the second edge surface such that the wood laminate panel is permanently jointable with an adjacent identical laminate panel through an engagement of adjacent complementary edge surfaces.

If this finishing element (11) is mounted vertically, the granule-filled channels (14) run horizontally.

摘要： The invention provides a corrugated mattress and method for making. The mattress comprises an corrugated foam core, a middle cushioning layer and outer cover layer. The corrugated foam core includes an upper substrate, a lower substrate and a fluted middle substrate the flutes fixed to the upper and lower substrates providing three-dimensional support for the user. The middle cushioning layer may comprise a second corrugated foam product, a cotton batting layer, densified polyester or foam including polyurethane, polyester, polypropylene or polylactic acid and the like. The outer cover layer may comprise cotton or laminated foam comprising, polyurethane, polyethylene, polyester, polypropylene, polylactic acid and the like, the laminate comprising a film independently selected from polyurethane, polyethylene, polyester, polypropylene or polylactic acid and the like. In various embodiments the polymers are food grade polymers such that the mattress is non-toxic.

摘要： This invention generally pertains to a composite building material comprising a lightweight core with a thin fiber cement facing on one side of the core and a second facing material on the other side. The fiber cement facing that is used on at least one of the faces of the building material is 3/16″ or less, more preferably ⅛″ or less. The green fiber cement facing is preferably formed by a slurry-dewatering process to form a sheet that is in a plastic, uncured, state prior to manufacture of the composite. The composite building material is assembled in an uncured state and then cured.

摘要： A structural panel has one or more face sheets bonded by adhesive layers to a core body having two outer plastic liner sheets fusion-bonded to linear ends of inner plastic truss elements spaced apart with open spaces therebetween extending in a plane direction of the plastic liner sheets. The sheet-to-sheet adhesive bonding provides a high-strength laminate bonding that is very resistant to delamination, simple and inexpensive, and can be carried out by a preferred continuous sheet bonding technique. The all-plastic core body is highly resistant to moisture attack, and the open spaces between truss elements provide flexibility to accommodate thermal expansion and contraction. The truss construction of the core body provides high compressive and shear strength, while minimizing the amount of material required to be used. In one preferred embodiment, two metal face sheets are used, and the core body has plastic liner sheets fusion-bonded to a corrugated plastic core sheet. The corrugated plastic core sheet can be formed by a continuous plastic extrusion technique. Diagonal plastic webs or perpendicular plastic I-beams may also be used for the truss elements. Another preferred embodiment has two metal face sheets bonded to two plastic core bodies which in turn are bonded to a center foam core layer. A further embodiment has only one metal face sheet bonded to one side of the plastic core body, allowing it to be used as veneer or curved around rounded structures.
