摘要： A method for making a thermosetting polymer reproduction of an object preferably comprises the steps of modifying an original object such as an object found in nature (e.g., a stone or array of stones) or a manmade article (e.g., a carved decorative object) to a predetermined configuration, making a first mold of at least part of the surface of the original object, filling the first mold with a first thermosetting polymer material to produce a reproduction of at least part of the surface of the original object, modifying the reproduction to a predetermined configuration, making a second mold from the modified reproduction and filling this second mold with a thermosetting polymer material to produce a reproduction of at least part of the surface of the original object. The second mold can be used repeatedly to produce reproductions in commercial quantities.

Heated foaming material is fed into the feeding openings of the material feeding mold seat and outputted from the feeding openings at another side so as to form a shape like the shaping channel. The wood texture layer moves forwards and then encloses the shaped foam plate so as to form a wood-like plate.

The method results in a structure which maintains the continuity of the reinforcement fibers across the junction between the floor, side, and end walls corners. This method can be applied to very large composite structures such as railcar bodies, intermodal containers, and shelters.

摘要： A process for manufacturing structures from worn out tires and a parking stop made by that process. Sidewalls are cut from the tire leaving a circular strip, which is cut transversely to produce an elongated approximately rectangular strip. Spaced slits are cut into the long edges of the strips to form slats suitable for use in manufacturing structures. Two slats are bonded together in a face-to-face arrangement to form a unitary pair of bonded slats. Additional pairs of slats are then bonded to the first pair of slats. All slats are bonded with similar sides in contact; that is, tread side to tread side or inside to inside. The resulting beam can have adjacent corners removed to provide a parking stop configuration. Preferably, the slats are bonded with an elastomer or mechanical fasteners such as ring nails or staples. A thick elastomer, having a thickness of at least about ⅛ inch may be coated over the beam. Beams may be combined to form guard rails, walls, panels, etc.

摘要： There is provided a method for recycling synthetic wood materials, transformed into materials through a relatively simple method without performing elimination of encrusted concrete from a previously used sheathing board for use in a concrete form having synthetic wood materials as raw materials. The method consists of a step wherein a sheathing board 1 (1a) which had been previously used as a concrete form 50 and formed from synthetic wood materials with a moisture content of less than 15 wt %, wherein between 20 and 75 wt % of cellulose crushed materials, such as wood meal with particle diameters of between 50 and 200 nullm, and between 25 and 80 wt % of thermoplastic resin molding materials, are mixed, is crushed into numerous coated particles 82, and a step wherein a scraping impact force is applied to each individual coated particle 82, concrete and other encrusted materials encrusted on the previously mentioned coated particles 82 are peeled or separated, and at the same time as the synthetic wood materials constituting the coated particles 82 and the encrusted materials are classified, the particles of the synthetic wood materials are granulated, and the granulated synthetic wood meal materials 83 for which the particles have been granulated are recycled.

摘要： A panel configuration and manufacturing technique are disclosed. The panel simulates a number of shingles each having a hollow end portion. Several of these panels may be utilized to provide an exterior building covering. When installed, hollow end portions of adjacent panels overlap to provide a leak resistant, realistic appearing covering. A number of panels may be formed by positioning each of a number of regions of a web of polymeric resin between a mold and a plug. Each of the regions is molded while in a ductile state to form a corresponding one of the multi-shingle panels. An undercut portion is formed in each of the regions during molding to define an end portion of the panel. This formation includes moving the plug relative to the mold. The sheet is cut after molding to separate the panels from the web.

摘要： A method and apparatus for fabricating columns, wherein the apparatus includes a column fabricating assembly and a column extractor. The column fabricating assembly includes a unitary column mold and a mold support assembly. The unitary column mold is reusable and is fabricated specially for the task of fabricating a column therein. Uncured column materials are placed into the unitary column mold and the unitary column mold is enclosed in the mold support assembly. The uncured column materials cure, and thus the column is formed, while the unitary column mold is encased in and spun by the mold support assembly. The unitary column mold is removed from the mold support assembly with the column therein. The column extractor is used to extract the column from the unitary column mold; the unitary column mold is secured by the column extractor and the column extractor pulls the column out of the unitary column mold.
