    • Disclosed is a method for manufacturing environment-conservative plant fiber as substitute for wood, paper, and plastics, which includes the steps of having agricultural surpluses and/or plant wastes ground and then mixed with starch, a plasticizer, and additives according to desired percentages by using a high speed mixing machine, deposited into a dual screw machine for pressurization and blending, pulverized by a pulverization machine, processed by an extrusion machine, subjected to temperature control by using a mold temperature controller, and then deposited in a cooling system for cooling and pelletization by airstreams to complete workable environment-conservative plant fiber particles. The particles can be used to substitute wood, paper, and plastics for making various products. The manufacturing process of the method releases completely no waste water and waste gas. The products made of the particles are completely recyclable for re-use. Environmental conservation and reduction of energy consumption can be realized.

    • A composite board is made from waste medium density fiber (MDF) board or waste particle board that includes solid urea formaldehyde. The waste board is chopped and milled into particles having a size between 20 mesh and 150 mesh, creating a waste flour. After removing moisture from the waste flour, the dried waste flour is mixed with a thermoplastic to bind and encapsulate the waste flour. Internal lubricants are added to improve the flow characteristics of the blended material, and external lubricants are added to present sticking of the mixture to an extruder or mold. Mineral fillers are added to improve the flexural modules of the composite board, and a plasticizer can be added to improve the physical properties or mechanical characteristics of the mixture. An ultraviolet absorber, a biocide, and a pigment can also be added. The blended material is extruded or molded into a desired shape. When cooled, the thermoplastic hardens to form a solid composite board.

    • A keying system for providing selective interconnection between a receptacle socket and a connector plug terminating an optic fibre, the connector plug adapted for insertion into the receptacle socket. The keying system comprises a raised boss configured to one of a plurality of predefined boss keying geometries and a cavity configured to one of a plurality of predefined cavity keying geometries. The boss is either in one of the receptacle socket or on a forward end of the connector plug and the cavity is formed in the other of the receptacle socket or the forward end of the connector plug. At least one of the predefined boss keying geometries matches at least one of the predefined cavity keying geometries. When the boss keying geometry matches the cavity keying geometry, the boss can be inserted into the cavity thereby interconnecting the connector plug with the receptacle socket. In this manner correct interconnections between connectors and other connectors or sockets can be insured thereby providing an enhanced level of security.

    • The invention relates to a device for disaggregating pieces of derived timber products from cellulose and/or lignocel-lulose-containing products, especially particle boards, medium-density fiber boards and the like, with a transport device and at least one disaggregation container. The inventive device is also characterized in that the disaggregation container and the transport device are configured as at least one common densifier screw (1) with a housing-mounted outer shell and a driven shaft located therein. The shaft is provided with helices of a predefined pitch. The pieces of derived timber products are transported in the axial direction of the densifier screw (1) from a feed opening in the outer shell towards an outlet opening on the front side thereof in the axial direction (direction of transport). A feed opening (7) for vapor is provided in the outer shell between the inlet opening and the outlet opening.
